National Transport

This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. The company was courteous, etc, until receiving the money and scheduled pick up date. They were 2 days late on the pick up. No explanation given. Company would not help or even speak to me (Supervisor/Manager).

Vehicle was delivered 4 days late. I was phoned at midnight on one occasion to pick up my vehicle or they would not deliver it for a few weeks (threatened). This company was an outsourced moving company used by National Transport, LLC. The company is BEAR/BAHR (unsure of spelling, but pronounced like the animal). Delivery guys were Javier and William. They stole items out of my vehicle and also urinated on my carpets. Luckily for them, and neighbor accepted they vehicle while I was at work..and that it wasn't me!

The company offered no explanation, apologies, etc.

Do NOT use this company!! The reviewed on their site are fabricated. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere!!

Service cost: $900

Though the reviews were not that great, I decided to give the company a chance.
Naturally, I received my things late, some pieces were broken in transient, and a box with some high demand contents happens to be missing.
The company, at best, simply says they do not know what happened to it--despite very secure packing job and clearly marked boxes with multiple business cards per tub.

Lesson learned, hopefully my story will deter you and add some credibility to the similar stories posted.

Service cost: $750

I was able to schedule my the transportation of my son's car with Karlie, who was relatively new to her job. She proved to be very through and explained the process wonderfully! 
 
My son's car was delivered in seven days, by a nice driver who is really a people person. We are from North Carolina and so is he.
 
My Airman son is a very happy young man today, receiving his car in great shape. The driver even washed it before  delivering it to my son.
 
Little things mean a lot, especially when you have no clue how transportation works.

Moved two cars on two separate occasions. Both times with same excellent driver. Advice: give exact time when car is ready for pick up because logistics start calling early and offering the drivers. Once you agree on a day, driver calls you direct to schedule time of day. He always gave us head notice and was very flexible as to where to meet and drop car off. Take lots of pictures before leaving the car, don’t forget the top. Otherwise, pleasant experience using this company.

My vehicle was picked up promptly on the first date I told them it was available! I sent my request to several companies who all hounded me for weeks..in the end I went with the a completely different company that I found on the web, who was the least expensive. Contrary to the emails I received about companies not being able to confirm the price, I was not disappointed! The driver was professional and courteous. The price was as the original quote. The communication was clear. The company knew where my car was at all times. National Transport has an A rating with the BBB and I would definitely use them again.

Service cost: $695

This was a great experience for a few reasons. 1- be flexible. Drivers get caught in traffic or are slowed down by a previous pickup. 2- do not leave valuables in your car! Our pickup driver emphasized that point. Send the car and nothing else.  Drivers called us before pickup and delivery. Delivery was convenient and although we had to wait for the keys to be delivered the staff at the lot were friendly.  Highly recommend if owners are willing to be patient! They are not delivering a pizza! .
