If you always want excitement and hassle in addition to increased adrenaline levels when moving, you should definitely move with this company. I can summarize my move as follows: lateness of the employees (due to incorrect planning), incompetence (due to lack of experience), hardly any opportunities for communication (due to lack of language skills), scratched furniture (due to lack of blankets, protective film, etc.) and all Furniture only arrived in the apartment at 1 a.m. (due to false promises). Don't be fooled by the price - you'll pay more in the end!

We were convinced by the price. The fixed price offer was created on the basis of pictures and our information. The lady was so helpful and friendly. On the day of the move, the gentlemen arrived 4 hours late. Then the car was parked closer than originally planned and in the end there was still almost half the space in the truck. Nevertheless, we were informed of an additional payment of 650 euros for immediate transfer. That we should transfer immediately was mentioned again and again. The irony: we were told that we exceeded the 30 m³, but everything fit into a 24 m³ storage room. Originally and actually: Planned arrival 8-9am, actually 12pm. More furniture planned, in fact we have already disposed of some beforehand. 70 running meters planned, actually only 40 meters Planned unloading without elevator, in fact there was an elevator on site. 30 m³ planned, actually under 24 m³. We couldn't leave on time due to the delay, so we couldn't come to our handover at the new accommodation and had to switch to a hotel room for 91 euros. We referred the matter to a lawyer. We are also considering turning on consumer protection.

Wind Umzüge has my move, it was about a compl. Detached house, processed from Gundelfingen in Breisgau to Oldenn'burg in Holstein. In all contacts I was advised in a friendly and competent manner. The fixed price, which was unrivaled in relation to other providers, was convincing. All deadlines were met correctly and the employees provided a performance that I could hardly imagine. Everything was secured well (there was no damage) and in record time. All in all I can only say: hats off and again at any time!!! A big thank you!!!

This mover failed to keep their promises and arrived at their destination six hours late in the middle of the night (12:15 am). They didn't even bother to communicate this to the customer in any way. They even got cheeky when we pointed it out to them. Furthermore, transport damage of approx. 800 € was incurred, which is not settled, although this was reported to the company. Engaging a lawyer will probably not be worthwhile, since the costs of recovering the loss will probably be higher than the damage. These dubious entrepreneurs know that too and continue to do their mischief.

I recommend this company to everyone! "Moving usually means stress...". Read the company description. I found out how true that was the day I moved. Moving with this company means: - Having to finish the company's truck because the team had no money for the return trip (!) - Extra costs resulting from a mysterious recalculation - threat that the items will not be unloaded if you pay the extra cost 5 minutes later than immediately, - Zero prior consultation. Scandal and better to rent a truck alone than to deal with wind removals

Absolutely not recommended - stay away!! During the clearing out, the sudden claim that the specified quantity did not correspond to reality and that additional costs of €1,200 would have to be paid. Anyone who has ever been in a situation like this knows that you have your back against the wall and feel blackmailed. In my opinion it's almost justiciable. Only through many phone calls, persistent reference to the contractual agreements and threats of further steps was the apartment vacated as planned at the original price. That really bordered on psychological terror. Luckily I had support from friends at the time, it was almost unbearable alone. Looking at the other recessions, this seems to be a ploy by the company.

All special features agreed in the contract (tombstone, drilling and dowelling work, reassembly, clothes boxes, ...) were not performed. Not inconsiderable damage was incurred during the move, and no claims have been settled so far. Instead of 3-4 employees, 2 employees came 5 hours late. Communication unfortunately not possible because neither German nor English. Had to pay cash in advance but didn't receive an invoice. Never again! Will probably have to call in a lawyer.
