Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, never have any answers. Estimated delivery was 6-8 business days. They picked our stuff up on May 21.
Tried to charge us because driver could not pull his truck in front of our apartment building, and then tried to charge us for walking up 2 flights of stairs.
After our estimated delivery time, we never received our stuff. We called every day for 4 weeks to find an answer. They either put us on hold, or told us they'd call back. They never called back. They were very rude on the phone, and when asked to speak to a manager for the second time, John told us that his manager Charlie had better things to deal with. Every time we spoke to John or Victor, they would tell us our stuff would arrive in 2-3 days, or the truck broke down, etc. It took them 43 days to deliver our stuff. We had to live in a hotel room for 5 1/2 weeks, in which John said they would not be able to reimburse us for. We then received our stuff July 3. Boxes were wet and damaged. We had lamps broken, and desks and tables scratched.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

So here we are, finally done with my second move with these movers. It is always a pleasant experience to deal with these movers since they are so friendly and facilitating all the time. But if I compare the quality of services (I hired them twice in last 4 months), I have found a little decline in the quality of job done. Earlier, you guys were known for being very punctual and strict about timings, but this time, you were rather late on many occasions and this is something I found little disappointing. Besides this, I found no major issues with the service provided.

Service cost: $1240

Moving pets is not as easy a job as moving furniture! Yes, pets are not that heavier but moving pets across the states have a lot of legal complexities. I had tried to move pets twice in the last month but I was encountered by some severe problems. Last week, I visited these movers and discussed my issue. Seems like they knew everything about state laws regarding the pets' movement so, they simply asked me to submit a few documents which I did. After that, they processed my case and within 9 days time, I had my pets moved to the desired place.

Service cost: $2490

I now realize that the reviews and news I had read and heard about these movers were absolutely right. The time my friends has unanimously advised me to choose these movers, I was in some doubt about it. But well, it had been a fantastic spectacle to see how efficiently, cheaply and quickly my work was done by these movers. Really, they deserve appreciation and I am actually writing this review to let others know that they can save their time and money by hiring these moving consultants. And if you know a better choice (which Im not sure), do let me know as well!

Having used their moving service for the very first time, I am pretty convinced about what they do and how they do! Really, it is great to feel that such professionally trained and highly responsible team is taking care of my household luggage. The customer support centre works very well as well. I guess I had sent them three emails during early correspondence and it never took more than 12 hours to see their reply in my inbox. Free of cost initial consultancy and quote is yet another feature not many companies boast of. Overall, I really liked this service!

It was just on recommendation of one of my colleagues that I had hired these movers for moving to new flat in California and well, I must say that this recommendation proved really good for me. All my glassware and electronic products were handled with great care. Especially, the furniture wasn’t dragged ruthlessly and was handles with extra caution. And more pleasant was that of the low price they charges for all the process. Not sure when I'm going to need another but whenever it is going to be, I'll definitely contact these movers for that!

What a fine experience it turned out to be for me! Simply exceptional by all means!! Courtesy to my neighbor John who recommended these moving consultants to me.. Once I had taken my moving issue to them, it appeared as if it was never an issue at all! They planned things in a very professional way, keeping in mind all the pros and cons, required labor, estimated time and other things … And once the planning phase was over, the implementation seemed even more quick, active and effective. If you ask me, I would say that they are arguably the best movers in the market these days!
