I hired them twice and every single time they had beaten every other company price, and every time managed to find me a driver no later than the second day of the pick up window and also delivered on time. They are always responsive and respond to emails and texts in just a few minutes. ALWAYS available on phone and even sometimes after business hours. I would hire them again and again and again. Great job I really appreciate all of you and please keep the the great work. Communication is what makes you all very unique to all other companies. After the delivery they also called me to check on the delivery and my satisfaction. So professional

I was shipping my Chevy suburban 2500, and it’s close to a 8000 pound vehicle, the tow truck that showed up was not rated for my vehicle , not even close. They attached there tow hooks directly to my brand new rims which scratched up the rims. The guys that did the shipment did not speak any English which wasn’t a problem till my father was inspecting the vehicle and taking pictures of the damage, they starting to send me aggressive texts. I would only use this company for a damaged car you don’t care about how it arrives .

I am writing to offer my experience with Tempus Logix, located in Tujunga, California.

The company was recommended to me by Robbie (Bones) Salman in Phoenix Arizona. I bought a car from Robbie, who is by the way a really good guy, and he suggested I have the car shipped by Tempus Logic.

I requested an enclosed trailer and the price they gave me was very, very good.

In fact it was the best price that I've had shipping a car out of Phoenix and at least a couple of years, even during these hard times with the elevated fuel costs.

Robbie said he would take pictures of them loading the car and forward them to me which he did and I was pleased to see that the car was going to be coming to me in a enclosed trailer hauling two cars. I actually prefer the smaller trailers over the tractor trailers hauling six cars as I've had a bad experience with the larger rigs.

The car was actually picked up within one day of the time that we agreed to having them carry the car and the driver showed up in Phoenix to pick up the car within 1 hour of the time they said it would be there.

I was in constant contact with a very nice lady named Sophie who kept me up to date as to where the truck was and how it was progressing on its ETA which was only 3 days from the pick up date.

The car was being delivered to Franklin Pennsylvania a small town about halfway between Pittsburgh and Erie, pretty much in the middle of nowhere. I was given in window of 4 hours on the ETA and the car arrived right in that window almost in the middle of the window. The driver was very courteous and asking if the car could be delivered even though it had gotten dark outside. I said yes delivery would be fine even though it was dark. The car was a little lower than expected and the driver was extremely cautious about placing boards underneath the tires at the appropriate points of removing the car so that nothing was scraped. To that end he did an excellent job.

I also had the opportunity to speak with several other people at the office in California they are all very polite courteous and knew exactly what they were talking about.

In conclusion I can say that the price was very good the experience was very good and I would highly recommend these people to anyone.
