We put our order in a month before the pick up date. Tom stated it was no problem. The date for pick came and no carrier picked up our order. When we called Tom, he stated we needed to raise our price. He did not actively try to get the car picked up . When we stated we were going to try another carrier, Tom was nasty and stated we had to wait the 4 day window. We are now three days in and no carrier. We found a carrier that was more expensive because we are out of time. To be nasty Tom stated, no one works for free and charged up cancellation fee for not picking getting a carrier for our car. STAY away from TCI . Do not accept their terms and conditions.

I did a motorcycle shipping from LA to Dallas on May 2022. Kaleb reached out with a better affordable quote. He did promise he would take care of the shipment and he did it in a smooth and stress free way. I reached to him Monday and signed the payment , he got the bike picked up by Tuesday late evening and bike reached Dallas on Saturday evening with all in good shape. I was extremely happy with this transaction and Kaleb was very responsive when I reached out to him with lot of questions

Service cost: $650

As soon as I hit booked the reached out to me same day even though it was a Saturday spoke with kaleb and got some information and if I wanted it asap or a specific time was going to do September 3rd but he explained in detail that it can be hard to find someone for motorcycle transport so I said yeah someone can be there for pick up he told me Monday or Tuesday he’ll get back to me and Tuesday he called stating that he had someone that could pick up that day so called my brother told him driver didn’t pick up until next day close just passed 2300 nothing to do with the broker just set up a driver the driver delivered today and I have received the BOL for the delivery so thank you Kaleb for getting a driver swiftly

I hired TCI Logistics to transport a vehicle. During Transport that vehicle was damaged by the shipper. I have a clean Bill of Lading at pick-up and despite the shipper refusing to provide a bill of lading at delivery, I sent images of the vehicles still on the trailer and reported the damage to TCI immediately. Originally TCI seemed like they were going to be helpful in resolving the issue. They acknowledged and apologized for the damage and asked for a repair quote. After I responded to all of their questions, sent estimates and pictures, they stopped responding after 6 months of me trying to get the issue resolved. Kaleb Antov (TCI) is now trying to claim that the damage wasn't reported until I filed a BBB complaint this past week despite the email evidence of us going back and forth and him "working on the issue". This company and Kaleb Antov are about as UNETHICAL AND DECIETFUL as it comes. They might ship your vehicle for a fair price, but if it gets damaged they will HIDE FROM RESPONSIBILITY.

The email I attached is the last one I received from them in which they acknowledged the claim taking a while for them to process. This was in November of 2020. I never received additional correspondence.

PURE DISAPPOINTMENT IN KALEB and TCI!

Hired them to ship a motorcycle half way across the US. Kaleb said he could pick up and deliver bike within 3 weeks for a certain price. We had to have it delivered by a certian date. He made us think the bike would be picked up in a few days and delivered well before 3 weeks. HHe fooled us into thinking TCI picks up the bike themselves, I later found out that TCI is a brokerage - they contract out the job to truck drivers. Kaleb was just lying to me about the quick pickup date - he had no idea when he would get a driver to take the job.

Days went by and NO bike pickup. Contacted TCI - got a promise of will pick up 'soon'.

Weeks went by and NO bike pickup. I contacted TCI and all I got were excuses and salesman lies.

He said:

'I have maxed out the budget, and am hoping to have the available driver very, very soon.'

'we are approaching the deadline but we still have plenty of time, I am hoping that the latest the bike is picked up is on Monday/Tuesday.'

Still no pickup.

Then a few days BEFORE the bike was supposed to be DELIVERED, Kaleb has the audacity to email me and tell me he has a truck driver for the PICKUP but TCI and TCI wants $300 MORE than the price in the original contract that TCI agreed to. Go jump off a roof Kaleb!! I did not reply to that offensive email.

TCI took 20 days to find a driver which they said would take 4 days to find, they strung us along with lies for 3 weeks, and they ruined the entire business transaction for the bike, they asked for $300 more than what they agreed to. You knew darn well that you couldn't pick up and deliver the bike within the timeframe needed, but you lied to us just to get the contract. You took advantage of a naive person since it was our first time shipping a bike - shame on you. Then 3 weeks later, you want $300 more for the job you couldn't do on time. YEAH RIGHT!

We went with a more professional company (HaulBikes) to get the bike delivered for a much lower price. They picked up and delivered the bike when they said they would. Should have hired them in the first place, but TCI promised an unrealistic delivery date.

Review reader, they are plenty of other options, don't believe anything TCI tells you.
