I own my own Phone Company & Ebay store. When I relocated I shopped around to find an affordable company to relocate my 40' X 10' space to a closer facility. Mark the owner told me he also had storage space and he was just across the River in Pa. I already priced other storage units before our meeting and was anxious to move quickly. When mark showed me his units I thought this isn't for me. Mark doen't like to lose a deal and he showed me his new section. I couldn't beleive this wonderful unit not the wooden ones they custom made but the chainlink caged style. 46' X 16' much larger than where I was rented before for a third of the price. I was so excited. It was like a small ranch. The warehouse sometimes can be very cluttered due to all the moving stuff in and out. Lots of the tenants don't pay and abandon there stuff so mark and his many guys recycle everything. I went back and the entire place was cleaned up. So don't let the mess's fool you. I don't know who all the previous reviewers are but I'm sure some may be from competitors. They are like no other. Mark installed electric in my unit with extra lighting and many extra outlets to test my phone systems. He gave me a large work bench and cart with wheels for free. I hired his guys to install heavy duty shelving. He is one of the most generous guys I know. He's not quick to kick you out if your behind on the rent . As long as he knows your good for it, I definitely don't want my stuff in the recycling bin. My boyfriend who usually spent $$ to relocate his 5000 sq ft home  now uses Superior and no one else. I swear by them. Very professional. I just monitored his move a month a go.The team was very professional. They received $50 a piece tip for 8 guys. They also relocated his large 20,000 ft office and yes a few of the guys were agitated because of the complex cubicles they had to detach and reinstall. Most companys pay several thousand to specialized cubical movers but Mark does'nt like to turn work away. One of his guys was cursing and Mark fired him on the spot. Yes Moving guys sometimes curse. It's in their DNA. I have only witnessed that once. I have referred them out several times.Me and 2 of my friends now have 7 units. The price is so good it pays to get multiple units. I have one of the best ones. I may move soon but I'll always keep that unit even if I move far away. Their guys Tim Howard Brian T-Bone to mention a few are always friendly and help me move things in and out of my storage and don't expect tips. Mark says no tips aloud in the warehouse. I love those guys because I can hire a guy for about $79 an hour or $89 for 2 guys. You can get a lot done at home for these rent a guys. I'm thinking of getting new carpet and having them move my furniture out and then back in. Sorry for the long review but I  was appalled at all the bad reviews I saw on YELP. I'm sure some of that particle Board furniture gets damaged. Real furniture doesn't fall apart.  Call me if you want advice or a phone system lol 856-303-9500. Barb.

After cancelling my original reservation with Superior after reading some negative on-line reviews, Mark the owner, decided to find out why and make whatever wrong was written RIGHT. And, in fact, I wasn't disappointed, but DELIGHTED!
Mark's genuine concern convinced me, reluctantly, to give them a chance I wouldn't regret. Mark promised to deliver his best and professional crew. In fact, 4 delightful men, (Bill Pollard, Felix Jimenez, Dave James, and George Ortiz) showed up just a little late, but they called to let me know. When they arrived, they worked tirelessly with a smile to load the truck efficiently with great attention to all the details. They wrapped fragile fabric chairs and glass table tops to make sure everything arrived perfectly. The loading was efficient and fast.
After arriving at my new house, they made every effort to put all the boxes in the proper location, furniture was carefully unwrapped and trash discarded. They carefully dismantled a very heavy IKEA bookcase in order to get it upstairs, then rebuilt the top after making it safely to its new location. There was NOTHING that they weren't willing to do with a smile.
Mark promised me a smooth and terrific job, and the amazing crew delivered it! I thank all of you for making a potentially stressful day go so smoothly and easy. THUMBS UP EVERYONE!! Call Superior..it was terrific.

I have used Superior Moving 3 times in 3 years, after being referred to them by my daughter, after she used them.  They have been great movers each time.  This time it was John Black & hiscrew of 2 other guys.  They took very good care of my things, were extremely curtious, professional, and quick.  They give boxes that you can pick up in advance, for no additional fee, so you can have all your packing done.  I hate moving, and hope to stay settled this time, but they make it easier.  I would not hesitate to use them again, and definitely refer them.

I've used Superior Movers for two moves and will definitely use them again for any future moves, as well as, will recommend (and have recommended them) to others. For my previous moves, they arrived on time - moreover, they didn't waste time while packing and loading. Also, I have 3 storage bins and am confident that my things are safe and secure because I've seen them and they are. Hope this helps! Remember - people are quick to complain and slow to compliment - therefore, not many of the great experiences with this company are recorded; but, I believe that being in business as long as they have been means they have way more success stories out there that should be shared..and so, I'm sharing mine.

My overall experience with this company was amazing! What a great bunch of guys working there! First, the owner was so nice and gave me all the information I needed about moving. He made me feel special and appreciated. Then, they called two days before our scheduled day to confirm our appointment, the men arrived on time (actually a little early) but they were respectful enough that they didn't bother us til the time promised). The men, who's names were Steve, Scott and Darren were polite, soft spoken and so respectful of our belongings! They worked their butts off! Never taking a break and they completely put me at ease. My only problem the whole day was that I couldn't afford to give them a bigger tip!! I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE! Thanks Superior movers!

I am pretty sure that moving is not supposed to be as horrible as it was with Superior Moving and Storage on Unruh street in Philadelphia, PA. The movers were late, dirty, broke things, scratched hard wood floors and walls, and were incredialbly unproffessional. There is just to much to list everything that happened, in addition to the extreme lying and disgusting atttitude that we got from the owner Mark.  Several pieces of furniture were damaged, scratched, or broken, it was rediculous!  As each item was identified to the movers, all we heard was "i didn't do it", like little children. They even found a way to dent and damage a brand new washer and dryer! A piece of furniture was stolen, and Mark, the owner said "you shoulda bought the insurance"!  Not to mention that the price that was quoted for the move, of cousre changed by 800$---CRAZY!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company, this experience changed my view on just how HORRIBLE and DISHONEST some businesses and people really are!
