Safemile Auto Transport

My car arrived yesterday and I'm still in shock with how easy of an experience it was dealing with Safemile Auto Transport! I needed to get my car down to Florida from NJ and came across a website to get a free quote. I thought I was submitting my info directly to a shipping company, but as soon as my information was submitted, I was inundated with calls and texts from about 10 different companies. I weeded through them to see which companies had good reviews, who seemed legit, and who offered a fair price and Safemile was definitely the winner. The fact that I can even find them on the BBB made me feel better, but in addition to that the reviews were great. So I contacted Zack late morning on a Tuesday and by that evening my car was on a shipping carrier headed to Florida and arrived by Thursday afternoon. Not only was it done so quickly, but it was done at the lowest rate of all the companies that contacted me. Nowadays, you have to be weary that everyone is trying to take advantage of you or provide you with a subpar experience so I thought for sure this must be too good to be true, but in fact it was not and I highly recommend using them for your shipping needs!

OMG - my experience with Safemile was amazing. When I tell you they are true to their word with no haggle or hassle. THEY ARE!!! I had previously contracted other transport companies and got the run around, horrible customer service, they shopped my car around with drivers for a very low price, while in turn my car sat waiting for transport companies to find drivers. However, drivers didnt want to pick up my vehicle because the transport company wasnt offering the drivers market value. After being frustrated with the consistent lies from other companies. I reached out to Safemile from being spam mailed from requesting quotes from other transportation companies. Safemile was the "BEST" spam mail I could have gotten during my search for an honest and reasonable transportation company. I called and immediately got Ryan on the phone. It was an actual person. Ryan was extremely attentive and determine to gain my trust. I as super skeptical getting started with another transportation company. Absolutely!!! everything went according to how Ryan said the process would go. Safemile was able to find me a driver the exact SAME day I called. And my vehicle was delivered on the SAME day they estimated for delivery. The diver that delivered my vehicle was very responsive and communicated with me along they way. Ryan also, assured me that they only work with highly rated drivers. I would totally agree! Hands down, my experience with Safemile was hard to believe that my delivery was going to take place without any surprises. Not only was my experience seamless, my car arrived the exact same way - with no additional dents, dings, scratches. I LOVE Safemile and if I shall ever need a car transportation company in the future. I would not hesitate to use Safemile again. So, for anyone that is looking for a reputable transportation company. Dont think twice about using Safemile. Make them your #1/first choose. You will not regret it! If I could giv more than 5 stars, I would.

This is my 2nd time using Safemile Auto Transport. Both times was an AMAZING experience! I am totally convinced, that they aim to please the customer. I was awarded 100+% the same customer service as I received the 1st time. This time Felix helped me find a driver to pick up my vehicle. Again, just like the 1st time around. Felix level set the expectation in the transport business. He shared what he thought the best going rate would be to safely get my vehicle transported with a fair price and not have my vehicle set for days waiting for someone to pick it up. I totally respect their honestly and consistently being upfront. The same day I called to place my vehicle with Safemile, Felix was able to find a driver. Not only did Felix find me a driver the same day. He found me a driver late in the evening - which was totally surprising. Felix was, extremely easy to work with. His personality was infectious and honest. Both of the sales representatives I worked with at Safemile was consistently courteous. The final question is would I use them again. ABSOLUTLEY!!! For those of you who are shopping around for a transportation company - don't think twice about Safemile. They are without a doubt a reputable company. You will not be disappointed. They are certainly in business to please the CUSTOMER'S. If I transported vehicles for a living, they would most definitely be on my #1 preferred choice of vendors.

Safemile Auto Transport comes through again! If I could give them ten⭐, I would. We had to ship another vehicle cross-country and I immediately reached out to Joseph, my contact at Safemile the first time I shipped with them. The moment he picked up the phone, he greeted me by name and also thanked me for my previous 5-star reviews. The same day I called to schedule the shipment, he had a carrier chosen and my vehicle was picked up the SAME DAY, less than 6 hours after my initial call! And just like last time, my vehicle was delivered in time without issue. I cannot say enough great things about Safemile. They're amazing and I will always recommend them and use them for any future vehicle shipments.
