HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Do everything you can to NOT work with this company. We have an entire box of glass shards from all of the items that were broken. So much was on pieces that we literally dumped it all into one big box. We are missing boxes and even received items that weren’t ours. We have boxes that look like accordions. Some even bother writing “very fragile” or “glass” on your boxes. I assure you that they will play football with your boxes. Our final price was TRIPLE what it was supposed to be and the staff, particularly Edgar are RUDE and argumentative. Truly the worst company we’ve ever had to deal with. We have to file a claim and we are NOT looking forward to having to deal with these con artists for all of our missing and broken items. I’ll carry each box one by one on foot before I deal with Edgar and his team. PLEASE believe the reviews and take your business elsewhere.

Long-distance move from Blacksburg, VA to Tampa, FL

VA to Fl Horrible Experience

It was easily one of the biggest failures of a job that I have ever seen. Both movers spoke either no English at all or broken English to the point where I had to use Google translate to convey my needs as well as try and understand where they needed me to sign on the paperwork. If I had questions about the move or the paperwork neither worker could help me and would simply point or say call the company. When something was broken or done improperly I was told to simply call the company.

That in itself is horrendous customer service and infuriating.

They arrived a little over a week after pickup at 8pm at night on a Tuesday when others like myself have to work the next morning. When I met them at the entrance to my building and they opened the back door of the truck everything was toppled over and boxes were crushed. There was no load bars used or strapping of any kind. I was simply told "this is our second delivery today and everything fell, there is nothing we could do sorry." When they started bringing in the items they were recklessly dropping them. One box that was placed aggressively on the ground had a $3000 computer in it. After every "oops sorry" all I got in response was a flustered call the company and they will fix it.

If I had known my personal belongings would have been destroyed and treated this poorly by your company I wouldn't have worked two jobs to save up the $7200 and change to "make my life easier". I would have taken a full week to do it myself. At least none of it would have been utterly trashed.

I got refunded for the damaged goods through MY insurance and they refused to refund me any money from the actual moving service itself.

They swindled me out of my $7200 and lawyers wont touch the case because "they technically didnt breach contract".

If you choose to use them good luck and start praying.

Smooth movers!

These people accommodated my fabulous schedule last-minute! They arrived on time and introduced themselves. It was pretty amazing watching these guys work so hard and so fast. I felt so comfortable and knew that my items were safe because of all of the precautions they took. . It was one of the most straightforward moves I ever had. I highly recommend using Revolution Van Lines. I wish they offered six stars!!

Not all furniture picked up!

I was NOT satisfied by this company’s service and i will be sending correspondence to Better Business Bureau. They have refused to honor the conditions of the contract that i paid for by not picking up ALL of my furniture as required and wanted to charge me additional to come back and pick up what they had left behind.

Horrible people and Mover

Every single piece of furniture and all boxes were completely destroyed in one way or another. All boxes that were delivered, many were not delivered, but the ones they did deliver were smashed, broken or wet. All mattresses were completely soaked and molded. I’m still trying to recover from these horrible people.

They also required all money up front, of course because they knew once you saw the mess you would refuse to pay.

Every piece of furniture had a broken piece or was falling apart. Also, badly scratched or smashed.

Don’t ever consider this company for a move of any kind if you ever want to see your belongings in one piece again.

If I could give a zero rating I would, however, you must put at least one star to submit.

Long-distance move from Germantown, MD to Union, NJ

Worst delivery, damaged things, and the price went up

This was the worst moving experience ever and I’d like to speak to someone about this. Maryland to NJ. I’ve made this drive multiple times in the same day. I made this drive 10 times to get to NJ to visit my elderly dad recovering from eye surgeries. Boxes ripped open, every piece of wood furniture scratched up, dragged on its side while moving blankets sat unused to even rest them on. Boxes marked “Fragile” upside down with heavy things stacked on top, crushed boxes somehow still being placed at the bottom of their final destination, ready to topple over, 2 delivery guys in flip flops refusing to listen, and loading my things unattended into public elevators, after blocking parking lot access with their haphazardly placed truck.

They also changed the price once standing in front of me so I was given one quote that suddenly changed based on measuring volume that included no measuring tape. And I was told I could use a debit/credit card for half payment at pick up and then pay the other half at delivery. The pick up guy informed me delivery had to be with a cashiers check or cash. So paying for an emergency move to take care of my elderly dad became more taxing because a credit card for emergencies made things easier and suddenly I needed to go get cash.

I’ve had better help from $70/hr movers hired from uhaul.com and driving the truck across town myself. There’s so many broken things. So many smashed boxes, damaged furniture. I had to wait until my dad was healthier after surgeries to deal with inventoring the items. Unfortunately, they put all of the furniture blocking doorways so it’s been a couple months and I can’t actually REACH a lot of my things shoved into a room with dressers in the way. I have to hire NEW movers to move the dressers so I can get to my winter clothes!

I labeled the boxes with blue tape and made it so they were packed into the truck first so they would come off last and be easily accessible. They ignored that and wanted to leave the heavy stuff by the door. I guess placing furniture was not part of the move? I had 2 spaces and they just refused to use a dolly to move dressers to the room I wanted them, further down the hall. They left them closest to the main door, after we got off the elevator. They didn’t even have to carry the furniture; dollies and elevators. An extra 20’ to the right space shouldn’t have to be an issue. Splitting hairs over the right room?!

Fancy Scam to make you pay more on move day!

Gave Rueben, a CSR with them an explicit list including dimensions of all items for my move. The movers showed up and said items weren’t on the list. I showed them that they were. They argued that items were misrepresented, I told them I gave their CSR exact dimensions he chose what to call items on the list, how is that my fault? They said it’s still my fault I should have known that the designations he gave items were incorrect. For example “small safe” was not right even though I told Reuben I have a small gun safe ~1.5’x1.5’x 4’ and he said “great I’ll put that down as a small safe”. This happened for multiple items. I told them to go ahead a load large items and I would figure out a way to move the other stuff they politely told me how wrong I was for making that suggestion as well, and I was told multiple times to just “calm down” I could update the dimensions for a new quote(I don’t know how that is different from giving the exact dimensions in the first place!) and they could come back another day. They also said the inaccuracies on the list and their refusal to do the move with what would fit in the space reserved was on us and we would lose our deposit over their multiple errors. (Not only did their CSR take my measurements to decide how to reserve space and designate items he also never sent the updated list to be reviewed by us before the move, so I was also told it was my fault I did not review the list they never sent me) ultimately after condescending without offering any solution other than reschedule and pay more, they left because I “was too upset to reason with.” P.S. their master list doesn’t tell you the size they alot for say “a grill” “a bookshelf” “a medium bin” without dimensions how was I supposed to know that my grill (which I explained multiple times was a double width grill) wouldn’t fit in the space they allotted for it?

Friendly!

We hired Revolution Van Lines to move lots of boxes and some furniture from our home to a storage facility. Armando was the lead mover/driver and handled everything from beginning to end. The two-person crew were friendly, efficient, careful, and ran everything at lightning speed. The entire job was completed within 3 hours. Overall, we were thrilled with the job Armando, and his crew did.

Smooth Mover!

Polite, professional, very fast... they made moving day a breeze! Worked quickly and cleared out everything in our apartment, even a few loose items like lamps that we expected to move. Friendly and communicative in the days before the move, giving us helpful advice about packing and arranging our boxes to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended.
