My movers were so good, they went above and beyond. They were quick, and efficient and even helped me unpack and haul away empty, broken down boxes. These guys have an incredible work ethic. All my belongings arrived damaged. He even set up the screen on my Peloton bike and plugged in my computer cords. I couldn’t be happier with them.

Great experience and great customer service. Ms Bonnie Bottini helped make the move go as smoothly as possible and had the answers to all of my questions without hesitation. Delivery and pick up were very timely, and packing was handled as if my items belonged to the movers. would recommend Pro Smart Movers to anyone!

So Polite great job.

From the office staff to the sales team to the excellent movers, everyone was top-notch. I felt valued as a customer and the service we received on moving day from the Pro Smart Movers team was excellent. So polite, careful, and patient, they did a spectacular job with not one issue. This is my 2nd time, just great.

This is the 2nd time we used Pro Smart Movers. In February we moved my mother's furniture to Los Angeles. The crew arrived, compiled an inventory list and packed all her furniture into special material to avoid damage. They also boxed her China and books into boxes. Overall service was amazingly fast. The crew was very nice and took instructions without hesitation.

I'm always apprehensive about moving overseas as I've had bad experiences with other companies. Thank God I found Pro Smart Movers. Everything went off without a hitch. The staff was courteous and they were very hard working. They took special care of my big screen TV and antique furniture and nothing was damaged or lost. Wish I had found these guys years ago.

DC to Chicago, Honest team.

Fair enough Pro Smart Movers are no ordinary movers. They are magicians. They know magic and that is why they can work like machines. I moved several times in the past and used different companies but never ever experienced such a quick and perfect move in my life. Pro Smart Movers has the best crew and the most responsive sales reps. I never felt the heat of the move while moving out of DC to Chicago, just because of these fine people and they were fairly priced too!!

I initially wrote a review several months ago about this company and a lady reached out to me because they had done the same thing to her as they did to me this company is has no integrity in any way shape or form. They don't follow the rules they scam people at their most vulnerable times and I really believe that those that use this company just need to step up and write some serious reviews about how horrible they are.

Unreputable

Contracted with them to move my small apartment of stuff from California to South Carolina. They picked up my stuff on April the 3rd with a promise of a 21 day turn around. As of today, May the 12th, my things are still in a warehouse in California with no ETA of delivery. They are dodging my calls and refusing to tell me when they will deliver my things.

Do not hire this company!!!

Horrible experience with this company. We originally hired another company to do the move and they brokered it out to ProSmart. The whole entire process was a complete and utter nightmare. Upon arrival to pick up the items in my son's one bedroom apartment, they added money to the amount quoted. They wanted to add costs for including a laundry basket! The whole thing seemed shady from day one but the items were loaded and our hands were tired. They provided us with a number to call for updates on delivery. We were told 3-6 days (move from Chicago to Pittsburgh). The phone number they left us with was for another company as was the letterhead/bill of lading! To make a long story short, my son's items belongings were delivered 6 weeks later. We believe they only delivered them because we threatened them with a potential lawsuit. I think we talked to 5 different people in 3 different states with never an answer. When the items were delivered, the driver did not have any tools to assemble the table that they had taken apart. He had hired a helper off of Craigslist (this guy was actually good). As they were settling up payment, I could hear arguing so I am pretty certain that the helper wasn't paid his fair share. Finally, one item was delivered that did not belong to my son. I have tried many times to contact Pro Smart about this and no one has ever responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you hire US Interstate for the initial move, inquire about who they broker it out to
