Prime Moving

I am grateful I had door to door service to move my motorcycle from Hawai'i to the mainland. Was it pricey? Absolutely, but you are getting door to door, and when you can nail them down to come, they handle it. Not to mention my motorcycle would be going to San Diego, and my destination was the north bay area. I did not get my moving blanket or motorcycle cover I left on the bike, but my bike is intact, which is huge for me. The estimate fordelivery was four weeks, but I received it in three, awesome. The guys who came to drop my bike off were so personable. They took great care in removing my bike from the crate it was in, and we're very pleasant guys to work with. This process for me was ideal, because I needed peace of mind, and PRIME MOVING delivered for me. I would use this company again for the results I received. Much Aloha Guys??

Terrible. The worst! I’ve moved several times in the past decade and while it’s always stressful — this company was the worst! They stole several items and then claimed they were never included in the inventory, after I personally had them wrap and notate the items.

Long story short — they are crooks.

You MIGHT get your items (including a brand new dining table, giant mirror and heavy wooden bookshelf) or… they may decide to take them from you.

Either way — they were rude, incompetent, & ultimately thieves.

Headed into a law suit to force adequate compensation for the items they stole.

We had an AWESOME experience with Prime Moving. They absolutely went above and beyond with the service they have provided. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative from our planned long distance move. We'll be moving to a high rise condominium as well and they understood our concern of the logistics. The movers were so great that they even repacked our mattress that we brought. We received our packages intact (they didn't break or scratch anything). We will absolutely recommend them and we're grateful for their services.

Overall, my experience with Prime Moving, during my relocation from Hawaii to the mainland, was very positive. From the initial sales contact with John, the coordination and follow up from Joshua and even my billing questions with Ana, all responses were done quickly and professionally. Super friendly and helpful.

Be mindful of providing exact details and dimensions, because that initial quote for cubes can be exceeded very quickly and inflate your moving costs. This seems to be the norm though within the shipping process.

My items arrived within the time frame "promised", everything intact and no damage.

I would recommend Prime and would use them to move back to the islands.

Prime Moving was great from the start. I got a quick response from Leo as soon as I asked for a quote. He was straight forward with the estimate and I did not hesitate to pick Prime since the quote given was fair. At the day of shipping my belongings they were quick and on time. They did a full inventory of my items and took pictures of them as well. The day of delivery went well. Very quick and no damages to my belongings. Some boxes look beaten up but I expected to see that. In all my experience with Prime was excellent. Leo and Joshua were responsive whenever I had questions. Would use again for my future moves if needed.

Planning and actually doing a permanent move from Makaha to Oregon was quite stressful. Picking a moving company was mind boggling until a close friend of ours recommended Prime Movers. Leo, our contact person was very patient and explained the details to complete the transition from Makaha to Oregon. The packers were very effective and very respectful of the items that were packed, they took the time to answer any concerns I had; they put my mind at ease. Estimated time of delivery was 6-8 weeks. Delivery time was much less, like the moving, delivery went smoothly, they were present when we did the inventory of boxes, everything arrived intact, with no damage. I would highly recommend Prime Movers. Their employees were very well trained not only in packing but in their interaction with their customers they were friendly and very respectful.
