HORRIBLE customer service. We booked a couple of weeks ago to have our car shipped on July 25, for a contracted price of $850, as we are leaving to move across the country on July 26. The morning it’s supposed to be picked up, we wake up to a text that the driver they had booked has Covid and can’t pick up the car, but they’ll search for a replacement. Fine.

A few hours later we get a text that they could outsource the shipment and it would be DOUBLE what the price was in the contract - $1,600. We said absolutely not, they need to cover the difference. After speaking with management they offered to cover $200 of the difference. Not acceptable. We understand the driver getting Covid isn’t their fault, but it’s also not our problem. If you contract for a service, you expect the service to be performed or an appropriate backup to be found. This felt entirely like a bait-and-switch situation.

Now we are having to drive two cars across the country because they could not uphold their end of the contract. Everybody we spoke with was useless, but I guess we should’ve know what to expect when they couldn’t even figure out how to send us a payment link.

I’m honestly not sure how they have good reviews, but I would recommend using ANYONE ELSE you possibly can find. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. Thank you Pride Car Shipping for making an already stressful time even worse

We found ourselves stuck over Labor Day weekend and needed to ship our car over 2,000 miles away. We were treated HORRIBLY by not one, but TWO other car brokers! Hayley H. at Pride was just the opposite! She knew we were in a jam. She was kind, understanding, a great communicator and did NOT take advantage of us price wise! She found a driver, was able to get the car out by the date we needed, (which was NOT easy to do!), and kept in contact with me the entire time! I will definitely use Pride and find Hayley again next time I need these services and recommend anyone who needs to ship a car do the same! Thanks again for saving us! Our car was delivered in the same immaculate condition we shipped it in!

I was looking to ship my car a long distance. After speaking and reviewing roughly 8 different ccompanies,I found Olivia at Pride Car Shipping. She gave me a competitive price quote and I ended using her service to move the car. Price stayed the same and the move was great. There were couple times where the pick up got cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, Olivia was there to help to locate another driver after one day pickup delay. I am very happy to have found Olivia and the company she works for and will contact her or refer her servive to anyone.

We had a minivan and golf cart that needed to be sent from FL to NY. Olivia offered us a great price and followed that up with great service. And the cost was excellent considering no money was required up front to ‘hold a reservation’ as some companies demand.

Hurricane Ian disrupted our original plans but Oliva worked with us and was able to find us a very qualified and professional driver for the right price.

Vehicles delivered on time, and the recipient was thrilled with the driver and the service provided.

We will call Olivia and Pride next time we have vehicle shipping needs. We highly recommend Olivia and Pride!

I hired Pride Car Shipping to transport my truck and SUV from Louisiana to California. There was a slight glitch that occurred when the original driver could not do the job, but Tiffany got right on it and got me another driver. It did cost me more than the original bid and the vehicles were picked up earlier and delivered later than the original dates given. But all things considered it was seamless. The vehicles arrived in the same condition they were in when loaded and I'm a happy woman
