I wish I could put pictures in this review. There was so much damage done to our personal contents it is beyond belief. There were not just Perennial Van Lines involved, Upscale movers from Georgia, Dependable movers, from New Jersey, 5 Guys movers, from Ohio and 2 random guys from ? that showed up to move our contents into our house, which they left contents outside and damaged even more contents. My bank flagged Dependable movers right away and refused to release the payment. I blame Mike Morris from Perennial Van Lines. If anyone uses this company, you are asking for trouble. Questions to ask Perennial. The exact date of pick up you will not get a straight answer. Whom will be picking your contents up, will not be Perennial that's for sure. The true cost because the quote from Perennial is not the real price, i.e.; fuel surcharge $507 to go 500 miles, also don't forget the $1500 extra for brokage and tolls were added in later. The movers went from Savannah. GA to Fort Myers. WOW. The last question, when your contents will show up and get ready for crickets and lies, 3weeks late We have filled out the claim reports and true to Perennial standards we have heard nothing. I am reaching out to anyone else who is thinking of using this sad joke of a company to contact me.I will show you pictures of the damage. Used this company in 2021 to move from NV to KY they canceled my vehicle transport the day of the move and then hired a mover that was using rental moving trucks . Then about a week later that mover lost his DOT number. They were no help in getting our property delivered this started in May ended in October with broken furniture,lost property still finding things that never showed up. Insurance company rejected our because of improper handling of property. Perennial would not help us with the claim or offer any help. Quick to take your money. After being a victim I am posting this for you to see and not become one yourself.

I initiated contact with Perennial April 19, 2022, spoke to Linsey and did a Facetime to be prepared for a quote. The customer support staff charmed me into thinking that we could change the inventory list and therefore reduce the amount of the charge. The complete terms of the agreement and the clarification of charges was made available to me but was not clear to me. I had several questions but were continually put off. We were lead to believe that the inventory list was fluid and we could modify it to help reduce the total cost. We removed several large items that were initially on the inventory list but the base number never was reduced. We added boxes and the estimate continued to go up. The online inventory list was not clear and we received no help when we wanted clarification. Once we made a deposit practically all communications stopped. The item Binding Estimate Fee appeared to be a number that is the minimum for the move. This is nothing more than the fee charged by the broker. What started out as a move estimate costing $1807 to a final bill of $7000. During this time I had asked for some boxes and was told by Linsey that would be no problem but, again after I was no longer able to speak to Linsey everything was a nightmare full of lies. After several attempts to speak to Linsey, whom I trusted and received a quote and promised she would be my on POC. No phone calls, no contact, no call backs. Even after several urgent messages were left, nothing, except calls and replies from rude employees that said that nothing Lindsey said no longer matters. Complete and total lack of respect for customers and taking advantage off people who do not understand the moving business. I only committed to Linsey, and asked that our conversation to be recorded because it seemed to good to be true, and it was. This place is a SCAM, and no one should have to go through their lies.

Not only did they threaten to hold my mothers stuff for ransoms unless payment was in cash. They broke thousands of dollars worth of stuff. Only about two thirds of her belongings showed up. They stole many items including hunting rifles and pistols. And now they won’t even answer there phone. They will not honor the insurance agreement and have blocked her phone number. They definitely belong in jail and if you read half the reviews online you’ll figure out the class of these people do not hire them.

These people trick you, lie to you, and intentionally miss quote your job. They had video and blamed their miss quoting on me. Poor communication, they take advantage and talk small town movers. They are brokers only and don't give a crap about you or your things. DON'T USE THEM. I would give them a negative number if I could. They will put a phone number on the reviews, they want to make things right. Fine, return my deposit and say so here that you will. Thank God I stopped it before my belongings shipped. At least only lost sleep, my deposit and time.

I have taken a service from Perennial van Lines and they seems to be a complete fraudsters and cheaters so it turned out to be a biggest mistake of my life hence please do not use this company for any services

First of all they gave me a quote of 2K for my stuff to be picked and I have exact same amount to be shipped so no addition from my side but their pick up company charged me 750 USD more just because they denied to dismantle the most standard furniture like TV Unit, Coffe Table as per the signed contract .As a result my stuff took more space in truck and when I asked to unload the furniture back as that was not expensive and much lesser than transport cost so they denied to unload as well .I ended up paying 750 USD more

When they shipped my car then my car doesn’t got started and it was working fine earlier during pick up so they didn’t took care of my car as well which costs me 500 USD more for a repair

Now comes the worst part .I am living in a very expensive and wide place in middle of Tampa where I got all the new furniture delivered at my door step from other vendors via same truck size but they refused to deliver and charged me 100 USD more for delivery

Further they denied to assemble the double bed as per contract and it was a basic one which they themselves dismantled but refused to assemble so I had to do it myself later.

When I asked them to verify my delivery items person refused to do that and just went away with a truck .Later on I found that my bed parts are missing so he didn’t even talked to me on phone and just asked me to call company

I kept on trying company number but no one picked on Sunday.As a result I am left with missing parts ,dismantled bed and no one to help

So this is one of the biggest mistake of my life to use their service hence I request everyone to please refrain from this company
