International move from Toronto, ON to , UK

Moving to UK from Toronto.

I used this company to move to the UK. What a nightmare. The owner or manager was really rude and charged me an extra $500 telling me that he would not release my goods unless I paid the additional sum. My goods arrived earlier than they told m it would. This sounds like a good thing, but not when you are still on the other side of the world and they are threatening to charge you for storage. They have no concept of customer care and I can't remember the main guy's name but he was a very very bad and scary piece of work. BE CAREFUL if you chose to use this company. Recently they put on their site that some people have given them a bad review and have not really used them. This is rubbish. I used them and would not recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure how they're still in business. BUYER BEWARE.
