I'm so pleased with this move! Movers were so courteous to start and handled all my items with great care! I have a few antique vases that I was worried about, but they made sure to wrap them up carefully and move without any cracks and breaks. All my furniture was also handled professionally and I'm so satisfied with how fast they moved everything considering the care as well. 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom and they only took 6 hours to do everything, even including bed assembling and disassembling! To provide some context, my last move from 2 bedroom to 2 bedroom took more than 12 hours... they finished in half the time! Highly recommend them for professional moves at a great price, such a steal!

I had excellent experience with Mover R Here. Jing has provided great customer service over the phone right from scheduling to seeking feedback about end to end experience. I used their services twice with just few days in between, first to move my stuff from tri-level townhouse to storage and then storage to new tri-level home. I liked that movers arrived on time and confirmed start time, agreed upon charges at the beginning so there are no surprises at the end. Movers had wrapped all furniture items properly with stretch wrap and blankets. I had pretty much everything boxed but they used their own extra large boxes to put small items together to be more efficient. I would recommend them based on my overall experience.

One of the movers touched my wife and said it was an accident. She felt very uncomfortable being around after that. In the beginning they seem nice and friendly but that's their SCAM. Once they make you feel comfortable and you leave, they slow down and take their sweet time. Making sexual jestures and playing around with your belonging.
HOW DO WE KNOW ALL this happened. We have them on cameras all around our house. I guess they all missed the blinking lights.
I was quoted $750 and had to pay $1175. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE 490 Craigslist ADs. Big time SCAMMERS.

I had booked them for a move one month in advance. But when the day arrived for the move. The movers where suppose to show up at 1pm. At 1:20 I called them asking where they are. The lady had no clue as to where the movers are. She called them and called back. Saying the last move is taking longer than expected they will show up at 3. When I called at 2:45 to confirm they will show up at 3pm. She did not pick my call. I called from different number then she picked and said it will take longer. I asked how much more. She had no answer. I eventually cancelled. Soon after I cancelled she said they are ready now but you cancelled. So convenient that they are ready as soon as I cancel. I had to get a uhaul at 4pm and move myself.

This is not how a professional movers work. A professional moving company shows up when they say they will show up.

I hired Movers R Here Moving company last week to move my house from Fremont to Mountain House. I have a great experience with them. They came in time and looked around the furniture and boxes first then they started to work. They wrapped every pieces of our furniture carefully.

Loaded the truck efficiently. The whole moving only take 5 hours including driving time from Fremont to Mountain House.

They are professional, experience and hard working crew. I am very satisfied with their service.

In short: Threaten to throw my stuff on the street, held my item for hostage and force me to pay a fee to release, unloaded my item at an undisclosed location without my permission and force me to pay for the transportation.

STAY AWAY AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.Minus 1000 star. The experience gives me nightmares and Jean held my item for hostage to force me to pay her penalty fee ($150) because she missed her next client. She even advice the mover to throw my stuff on the street to move on to her next client, throw my stuff on the street!! Stay away. They are not professional at all as well, no paperwork nor receipt, the payment was made through Venmo and cash. The owner also asked me to pay in full in advance which is unheard of, she even tried to make me pay tips in advance as well, but I refused, if it's not for my tight moving schedule I would not let this moving company move my stuff.
