From the first call, until the last box was placed carefully in our new home everyone from MOOvers Chicago were a pleasure to deal with. Moses spent the time to help put together a detailed and accurate estimate and help arrange the Chicago No Parking placards. The Team of MOOvers showed up on time and ready to work, strapping multiple boxes to their backs and hauling them down 3 flights of stairs. Shrink wrapping all the furniture to ensure no damage would occur. In the new house, they put down runners to help protect the floor, reassembled the bed and other larger furniture. These guys worked hard! All the while maintaining a cheerful attitude and helping us wherever needed. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I will certainly call MOOvers!

When our basement flooded and we had to quickly move out our belongings for the contractors to complete the restoration, the Moovers were there to help.  Before we found the Moovers, we had contacted several moving companies who either could not accommodate us in a timely manner, did not respond to our calls, or took a few days to reply.  The Moovers gave us an accurate estimate and we were able to book them within a few days.  The 3 man crew showed up on time and were very professional.  There were no extra charges for packing and wrapping and they did a great job protecting our furniture from damage.  Since our neighbor was also in the same boat, the Moovers made it easy for us to book them together to pack and move both our units and transfer our things to the storage facility.  .

Working with Karen was a pleasure, very responsive to my phone calls. She called and sent text messages to remind me of my upcoming move.

Our movers were excellent, very professional, quick, respectful of property. We highly recommend MOOvers, we had items on the 2nd and 3rd floors to be moved to a new home and placed in the basement, our movers were Chris Cruz, Uber and William O, super efficient, very polite and asked us if we were satisfied. They were terrific. I want to thank MOOvers for a great moving experience.

I booked this company a week in advance, they followed up by email and phone to confirm. They arrived at exactly the time they promised and they did an absolutely incredible job wrapping and packing our things up. The three gentlemen of Edgar, Guegovio and Tino were fantastic, polite, attentive and most importantly very careful with everything they handled. I was very impressed with there work and made the experience very comfortable and easy. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Price quote also ended up being much lower than quoted.

We booked with Moovers last minute and had fast, consistent, and clear communications from the team. On moving day the moving team called and said they could come earlier (which was great for us) and arrived right when they said they would at the updated time. Carlos, Francisco, and Tino were great, and very carefully handled all of our belongings. They were extremely friendly and moved very quickly.

We also thought the cost was very reasonable, especially in comparison to some of the other quotes we received. We will definitely book with Moovers next time around!
