What a nightmare. Total liars. Took my money then the driver LITERALLY took our property and stored it under his own name in a public storage unit 10 miles from the original location and never even went out of state. The police finally located it. Took us months to get it. They had the gaul to tell me I asked for storage and then when I kept demanding our property they blocked me! Look at the pictures. I have ALL OF THEIR TEXT AND EMAIL RESPONSES, lie after lie. The DOT has many complaints as does CA. Scammers. I got an attorney and had the credit card company declare fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH!! Our stuff was trashed. Look at this!!!

Nightmare. An absolute nightmare. No calls answered, no help given. I could go on for hours about how awful these people are and all the stress they put me through. I was lied to and strung along for 4 long months without my life's worth of belongings. I thought I would never see my items again. I had to take legal action to get answers from them. I'm still missing some of my belongings, and all my furniture is damaged. I moved from Oregon to Illinois on January 31, and was supposed to have my things on February 28 according to the contract. I was told multiple times I would have stuff by then. I didn't get my stuff until April 27th! I was lied to weekly, being told that "a truck is coming next week". All these people do is lie, feed you bs stories, and demand money. They are so careless, unprofessional, rude and impossible to get a hold of until they need something from you. It's horrible to be in a new place and have NOTHING but what you brought in your suitcase... and not know when or if you will have your bed and your cookware, books, everything. I am supposed to be compensated for such late delivery, but they refuse to help me at customer service. Please, PLEASE do not use this scam of a company. I truly don't understand how they are still in business. Crooks, scum, horrible people. STAY AWAY!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3400

We paid this company over $7700 dollars to move us with a total estimate of roughly $20,000. Less than 24 hours from the expected move date, we were told that our move would cost $30-50k. When we told them we wish to cancel service and requested a refund, they told us we would need to hire an attorney to recover our money. This is in conflict with the contract we were sent stating "RESCHEDULING / CANCEL OF SERVICE : Estimates may be cancelled and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order before to to the scheduled date of pickup." This place also required us to sign an incomplete bill of lading, which is against FMCSA regulations, and required a transfer by wire of funds, when the contract states "SECTION 2: Form of Payment: Upon booking a 30% deposit is required to be paid in the form of credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash, or cashier's check." This company should be investigated for fraud.

This company promised us to move us from Enfield, CT to Dallas, Texas.. So they worked with some company name MD Transpotation. First they asked us from 6000$ for whole move but after picked our stuff they said no you have to pay 9000$. So we agreed on that because they had our stuff. Safe n secure van lines promised us to move our stuff within 3 weeks but they didn’t delivered until 3 months..

Whenever I called them either they never picked my call or tell me we will call you guys back..

After calling them many times they said MD Transpotation suppose to deliver your stuff not us so talk to them.. I started calling to Guys name Ron or Ronnie and Michelle.. so they demanded 3000$ more and started threatening us that if we will not give them money they will throw our stuff so no option left so we gave them more money.. but the worst part is they just delivered half or my stuff. When I tried to contact them they blocked us so we end up paying 11000$ but half of my stuff not believed..

So please don't hire safe n secure van or md Transpotation.. highly unprofessional people.
