Jennifer, first and foremost, we are very sorry you feel you had a bad experience. That is definitely not what our company stands for. With that said, you had a very tight window for your pickup as well as last minute planning. To accommodate your needs, we had one of our contracted movers assist in your move so that you can be out of your place as you stressed it was very important on Sunday at 1pm. On the day of your move, when our trucks arrived (at the time you demanded) you had additional items, you were given the option to not take those items and pay the amount we quoted you but decided to take those items and signed the final estimate/bill of lading which was only a few hundred dollars more due to your additional inventory. (We can supply a copy of this bill of lading if you have misplaced it).

We have several emails/phone calls on record with you all about the issue of you not wanting to pay the additional charge for the additional items. We have no record however of you addressing us regarding any missing items. This is the first we are hearing of this. Otherwise, there would be a complaint form filed with us in order to locate your missing items. Why would you not file such a form? Do you not want your items found? I assume it is because there are no missing items. It would be VERY difficult to lose 1/3 of your items as you have listed and not hear one word about it in all the emails and calls we have traded with you recently. It is easy to write a review about a company over a few hundred dollars that you are upset or bitter about, but the damage you do in todays internet age is far greater to us as a company. Please do file the necessary form immediately if are being honest about this newly found loss and we will address it immediately and locate your items. The only issue we do know of which is an additional few hundred dollars for the items you added to the inventory on your pickup date. You wanted this additional fee waived and you expected us to move all your items for the price you chose.

We really wish we can make every customer happy, but out of the 60 clients we moved this month, one or two issues may arise, but we do stay on top of those issues and our agents are always there to help our clients with any and all issues. Jennifer we urge you to contact us immediately regarding your "so called" missing items so that this issue can be addressed in a timely manner.
