Excellent Service

Recently just completed a move with JamVans and it has been the best moving experience to date. We moved from London to Amsterdam, the lads were so helpful and did everything with good pace, especially considering the heat on the collection and the delivery date!! Nothing was broken, everything was as they said it would be, I would strongly recommend without doubt!

No show.

I am moving on the 11th June. Have paid and confirmation of service was received.
I was advised prior to my move that moving material (boxes, bubble wrap etc.) would arrive today Saturday 28th May before 12pm. As they hadn't arrived I tried phoning multiple times with no answer. I followed up again after 2pm, and was advised that the material was dispatched by courier and would arrive prior to 4pm. It is now 4:30pm and again no delivery. I have phoned and the phone is being disconnected after one ring.

I have wasted my day waiting for a delivery and am very disappointed at the customer service.

Great Service

Totally rate this service, I’ve been using self storage companies for years as a move about a lot due to my job. This has been the most seemless provider yet! They collected from my flat and bought everything back to a new property when I was done. So much cheaper too!! Amazingly helpful and friendly staff too.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Used them to move to France a couple of months ago and have been meaning to leave a review since. Nothing damaged or too much hassle. The team worked hard considering the heat. It’s nice to use a service that actually does what they say they will do.

Excellent service from JamVans.

From the first meeting with Sales/surveyor Justin until the last box unloaded, jamvans were professional. They were patient, quick in packing and delivering; generous in excellent quality material provided with great handling of fragile objects.
The 3 men team were also very patient, on time, always smiling and very easy to deal with.

I totally recommend them and glad I picked them.

Extremely Efficient Service.

HOUSE MOVE Chiswick to Ealing.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jamvans for anybody's house or flat move. The packing day went well and there were no breakages. The team on the move day, Dan and Eddie, were great. There could have been huge issues with parking in the road due to the fact that the Council were digging up the whole of the road, but they worked with the contractors and the loading of the vans went very smoothly and efficiently.
Parking at the other end also presented a few problems, but they approached it with humour and good sense and there were no delays. Everything was unloaded and reassembled in just over three hours. They worked very speedily and efficiently.
I liked the young and enthusiastic approach and friendly communication of this company.
I must also mention the surveyor, Shane. I had had three quotes, but he was the only one who had done his homework with respect to the house I was moving to and made some suggestions to help it run smoothly, which was greatly appreciated. It was his approach that finally clinched it for Jamvans; that and the reasonable price.
