  • Get multiple quotes: Contact several moving companies and ask for quotes for loading services only. Be sure to provide them with all the necessary information, such as the size of your truck and the number of items to be loaded. If you’re moving any specialty items, inform the movers about those as well.
  • Compare prices: Once you have received several quotes for labor services only, compare the prices offered by each company. Don’t get tempted by the lowest offer – instead, do your research to pick the most reliable and experienced moving company in your area.
  • Check credentials: Before hiring a moving company to load your moving vehicle, make sure they are licensed, insured, and registered with the relevant authorities. You can check their credentials on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • Saved time: Hiring movers for loading services can save you time and energy. They can load your truck quickly and properly, thus giving you more time to focus on other aspects of your move. Nevertheless, you should still be there while the movers are loading the moving truck in case of any questions and issues during the loading process.

  1. We were able to get movers from this site called Moving Help Center. Funny thing is, the movers were listed on other "moving labor broker" sites for a lot more. I didn't understand that at all. Anyways, the movers arrived and loaded the truck for us. It only costed us $100.

  2. We are moving long distance from Kingston, NY to Phoenix, AZ. Our move date is 9/11/19. We are interested in a company to load a POD.

  3. I lived in Az for about 20 years. it was great. a little on the hot side but you can mountain biking year round. If you want to see winter,go to mount lemon. stay for a few hours and go home and leave the snow there. the only reason for leaving was a transfer to texas and now leaving that place for brookland. : )
