To say the truth..I read some reviews after booking with them and got a little worried. But I also read bad reviews from every shipping company. Needless to say, these guys went above and beyond. They were outstanding with communication. Super impressed by Rachel and Denise for making sure I was well prepared with our families documentation. Such nice people, my experience was nothing like some of the bad reviews I’ve read and I’m actually very happy with the overall experience using ilines. I literally have no complaints about their services at all. I already referred someone and so far they are also very happy with their experience also. Thank you guys dearly for all your help!

Don’t use this shipping company-ILines International in Ft. Lauderdale, FL! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

My Parents contracted with ILines in May of 2021 to ship a 40 ft. container from NY to Aruba. they emphasized that we needed our belongings picked up by August as they sold their house and had to leave by the end of August. They were told that they needed to make a down payment of $4105 to start the process, which they made on 5/3/21. they were given an initial pick up date of July 8, 2021. The date was changed several times with no guarantee and the communication was basically nonexistent. They paid the remainder of the fee of $6,527 on 7/13/21 as required by the initial pickup date. As it got closer to August and still had no shipping date They contracted with another shipper who guaranteed a shipment date in 6 weeks. They notified ILines on 9/1/21 that They were canceling Their contract with them because they were unable to provide them with a shipment date, and They were already out of Their house in a hotel. They told them that their belongings had to be stored because of their inability to provide us with the service they were contacted to do. They received an email. Stating the initial deposit was non refundable and that due to issues with the pandemic they could not guarantee when pickup would be. The email also stated that there were 44 cargo ships off the west coast unable to enter the port. They told them Their new shipper gave us a shipping date the end of September. They are waiting for the balance of $6,527 to be refunded to them and received an email on 11/9/21 that it should be refunded in 30-45 days. It is well past 45 days and they have sent several emails with no response. If the money isn’t received shortly they will have no alternative other than to obtain an attorney in Florida for help. This company is not even worth a 1 star rating! They have a contract that has a no refundable deposit statement in small lettering and there is no guarantee date for service! I would not recommend this company if it was the last shipping company in the US.

Shipped our belongings with them. Great service and communication throughout the entire process. Pretty straight forward with all charges involved, which we really appreciated as it was very important to my family and I because we were on a budget for our move. Their colleagues overseas really helped us also to make sure we had everything needed. We really had no idea what we were doing and everything that was involved with a moving overseas but hands down to them for making everything so great for my family. Wish you guys the best!

I shipped a 20' container to Kuwait and use iLines for my shipping. Like all people I searched around for prices to ship and iLines came in at the second lowest but not too much different. The reason I chose this company is because they explained to me the process very good and provided all information I needed at a very good price. The provide great customer service! I already receive my goods and everything went smooth! Great people work here, I really recommend! Thank you iLines I will continue to recommend you!
