Ten years later I am stillwaiting for my shipping I was a primary school teacher in Dubai and the shipment contained everything I owned. They are an absolutely disgusting company and have continued to do the same to many people. A Facebook page was set up for many many complainants. Do not use them

Goods not delivered even after a year!!
I got involved with Hellas Europe in October 2012 when the company I had employed for my move from Dubai to Sydney (ReloGulf), partnered with them. It’s over a year and I still haven’t received my goods. There has been a long outstanding dispute between ReloGulf and Hellas Europe due to non-payment despite us as customers have paid full upfront. Ultimately after months and months of going back and forth, Hellas sent an email in August 2013 that if we (ReloGulf’s customers) are happy to clear ReloGulf’s debt on their behalf, they will deliver our goods. We confirmed and ever since, until now which nearly 3 months have passed, I’m waiting for them to send us an invoice of what they want us to pay them and that hasn’t happened yet! While I thought they would be keen to get their money from us and have this over with, I find it quite unreasonable that they would not even come back to us with how much money they want! With regards to communications, Hellas has not taken or returned a single call I’ve made or responded to a single email I’ve sent all throughout this year. I’ve found this company the most unprofessional company to deal with in my whole life. I’ve been verbally abused and yelled at every time I’ve tried to call them on the phone to get some answers or have been hitting brick wall every time I’ve attempted to get the managing director to answer me.
I’m under the impression that due to high mismanagement and lack of capability in running the business, the company might be going bankrupt and hence, they don’t see any need to serve customers. I find it horrific to think shortly they may in fact auction my goods to recover their costs and save themselves from their financial situation. Not to mention the cost of me trying to set up my life with re-buying the essentials which are all in my shipment, there are many personal things that are irreplaceable, such as wedding film and photographs, gifts from very special people I’ve lost, memories, etc. that doesn’t have a monetary value, but would be absolutely devastating for me not to have back. I would not encourage anyone looking into logistics services to engage Hellas Europe as you can expect to have a very bumpy ride and a delay beyond your imagination.

Move from Denmark to ACT.
I have not seen all of my belongings for over a year now. I cannot get in contact with Hellas, they are constantly busy, they don't answer the phone or the person I am supposed to get in contact with is not available. They can't tell me where my belongings (including a grand piano) are located. For 6 months they have told me that everything has been cleared in customs and that my shipment will arrive "next" week. I have had to take legal action but it is both time consuming and complicated as Hellas is unwilling to collaborate - well even to reply. This company is a complete scam!!

Poor Quality Service.
Hellas was nominated by my overseas removal company to handle my belongings once landed in Sydney. Their communication was poor from the outset. On the move in day, they damaged a wall in the building (opposite the lift) and then refuted all responsibility. They dumped packaging in a room in the basement on their way out (unknown to me). The building manager complained to me the next day and I had to go and remove it. They are aggressive and are focussed on getting in and out as soon as possible. They are shocking. They have ignored my communication to rectify the damage. STAY AWAY.

Holding our family goods to ransom.
We moved from Switzerland to Australia and Hellas received our goods into Australia. They have failed to communicate about the progress of our container, had an employee off sick for over 4 weeks and could not up-date us, my husband ended up getting our goods cleared into Quarantine, they are attempting to charge us an additional $15-30,000 AUD - and STILL won’t tell us when our goods will be delivered. Communication from them is aggressive and threatening. Although we dispute their charges we have stated we would pay - no delivery.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this moving company at all costs
I moved a one-bedroom apartment from the New York, USA to Sydney, Australia. I had paid in full for door-to-door delivery (with the exclusion of Australian quarantine fees). Hellas Europe were nominated by my overseas removal company to handle my belongings once landed in Sydney.
Hellas Europe charged me $450 for an ‘abnormal delivery access surcharge (truck restrictions)’ because they stated that their 19 meter long truck can not deliver to my address. I had paid for door-to-door delivery and access to my property wasn’t difficult or abnormal.
They also inflated my quarantine fees up to 3 times the estimated amount with no proof of the quarantine fees, only the port fee invoice. Friends had relocated their 4 bedroom, 2 story home from Los Angeles paid under a third of the quarantine fees I was charged.
They fail to communicate, when they finally did I had 3 days to pay the invoice otherwise would incur storage fees, then communication stopped on delivery of my goods until 10 days later when they advised via email that they would be delivered the next morning. The delivery was 5 hour late and I had several boxes missing.
There are many moving companies you can chose from, make sure that your company of origin does not contract Hellas Europe, and definitely do not select them by choice. Avoid at all costs.

Dozens of Theft And Fraud delicts.
According to customer reviews on Internet (Google etc) the Hellas europe australia has been involved in dozens of theft and fraud delicts. For the transportation of the piano from Sydney to Kyiv we paid 3643$, then Hellas demanded more than 11000$. They did not send it to Kyiv as expected and refused to return it back to us. The piano was STOLEN by Hellas.
Hellas Europe Australia has not registered their account and is not actively maintaining their profile.
