Great Care of Items!

My relationships with Green Leaf Auto Transport have always been excellent. The team was very helpful in setting up the move of my Chevrolet Silverado from DE to LA and always responded to my questions professionally and quickly. Drop off and pick up were simple, and the car showed up on time and in good shape. The quote I received from Green Leaf Auto Transport was the most affordable, and I felt safer leaving my car in the hands of this owner-operated company.

They took my money and never picked up my car. There are terrible people. I have reported them to the better business bureau and the FBI. I hope they get shut down! I hope everyone reads these reviews and stays away!

Brave Movers

I had a Tuk Tuk move from IL to IN on the second of this month. The whole thing has been incredible. The very courteous driver and his assistant, who even gave me a crash course in driving my Tuk Tuk, provided very professional and prompt service from the time I inquired until the actual delivery to my front door. When I need a vehicle transported, I'll most certainly use Auto mover. Bravo, Auto Movers. Keep up the excellent work.

Do Not Use - Fraudulant.

They changed their name to Green Leaf Auto Transport. They were recommended by our moving company. Donna and I discussed an estimated pick up date for my vehicle. The company took $300 out of my account on 11-7 without a signed contract. I later signed a contract in Dec, but they never showed up to pick up my vehicle on Dec 16. They will not return phone calls or emails.This is clearly a fraudulent operation who stole money from me. I am not only permanently disabled, I lost my home in the California wildfires. I just wanted to move to Tennessee without any issues to start my new life, and now this. I have a car in California while I'm driving to Tennessee and I am working so hard each day to find someone else. Donna is the most disgusting human being ever. She even knew we lost our home in a fire, and still scammed us.

Unless You Do A Lot Of Auto Moving, DO NOT USE THEM.

I called Terry after the company I had agreed to work with was unable to confirm a truck to haul a car from Florida to Wisconsin. I asked Terry if she could still do this the next day and within the quote she had initially provided. She said she could and would call me back in 10 minute as she was out back. 2 hours later, she explained I would have to bay a $250 deposit up front.(WARNING!!)This is a non-refundable deposit. If they don't find a truck for you at an agreeable rate, they will give you a 1 year credit. ALSO, This fee is NOT a part of what you'll pay a driver. AND, Once they find you a driver / truck, the deal is now between you and the trucker, Green Leaf Is Out Of It.

I made clear I would not pay more then $800 to move this car. She felt that wouldn't be a problem.

The next day I asked if they had a truck for me car. She shared she could not pull it up but would get back to me in 5/10 minutes. Her whole demeaner changed from customer service at its finest to me basically wasting her time. Anyway, after 2 hours, I called her again. She said she had sent it and would try to send from another computer. I reminder her of what I said my max price was and she reminded me of their 1 year credit policy. Great. At 2:30, still nothing. I called again. Green Leaf Transport is now closed. I texted her only to be told she was now off the clock and working for free. Give me what you promised and I wouldn't be bothering you on your off time. I finally went to my emails, found a link that I had used for my deposit and sure enough there was the trucking information. Long story short, as if it wasn't long enough, I found the name of the driver and the rate I was to pay him when he dropped off the car. $900 for him and $250 for Greenleaf made this deal $1,150. I asked Terry about my $800 limit, I also asked if her quote to me included the deposit. She said yes and "What was I complaining about?" I was complaining about $1,150.00 and a lack of follow-up on her part that would allow me to make a decision.

I was in a hurry and didn't research enough. READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING AND HANDING OVER A DEPOSIT. IF your a one time a year or less car shipper, simply stay away.
