Super helpful and pleasant team

Super helpful and pleasant team. The coordination of the move really eased my mind and made things as smooth as possible. The price was great and the moving team was hard-working, efficient and very nice. You can’t go wrong with this great operation that they have with FlatRate.

Bad business.

Quoted a 800 price. Company sent a truck that was too small, so the drivers had to make two trips. We were charged 1690.00 because of their error. When we called we spoke to Emereson. He said it would only be 800. When the owner came in he said it was double. Never will use this company out of Silver Spring Maryland again and would not suggest them to anyone. On a good note the actual movers were great.

Efficient, effective, excellent.

Henry was pleasant and professional. His guys showed up on time and worked incredibly hard packing up everything. They asked for verification when needed and despite the rain no item was wet, no mud stains were left. We got moved in as pleasantly as moving can be. I heartily recommend the Flat Rate Movers! They were professional, hardworking and got the job done well.

Poor service, rude and late.

Appalling customer service and poor performing removalists. Paid a premium for air freight for a international moved (assured two week delivery) almost six week later goods arrived, poor communication throughout, no update on delay, still no compensation despite me having an empty rented house at destination in anticipation of delivery. Management refuses to engage on compensation and repeatedly with out right lie to you. Would very strongly advise never using flatrate.

Best moving company

Best moving out of state experience I have ever had! Movers were patient and professional throughout the whole trip. Would definitely book them again for future moves!
