I moved from Florida to Nebraska. Below poor rating!

Received a quote without them seeing my house, which surprised me. The workers showed up late & upon arrival wanted to know where the nearest fast food was. They packed everything in huge boxes. No labels. Lots of stuff broke. Furniture damaged. I requested that they contact my daughter before delivery as she works & will be receiving my belongings. They told her they would be arriving one day & she planned for it. They arrived early, she couldn’t leave work. I called the company. They charged me an extra $1000 to compensate for waiting. The delivery guys asked my daughter for the money, which I had already paid. They were rude to her. They dumped everything in her garage & left. Furniture damaged, lots of items broken, & some furniture was destroyed. Do not use them!

Great Company.

I researched and called several auto transport companies to ship my Chevy Malibu from Denver to Atlanta. First Rate Auto Transport was not the1st  company on my list, but after speaking with chris, he answered all of my questions thoroughly and I knew I would consider using them. I was very flexible with my time-frame which made everything that much easier for myself and chris . He had a driver for me within the hour after booking. Chris sent me the drivers info and they contacted me the following day to schedule a time-frame for pickup. He was very accomadating to my time and I appreciated that very much. My car was picked up and delivered as promised and I'm very content with their services. I have already had my friend contact them for a quote and they offered a referal discount which I found very nice of them.

New Car.

Erika was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the day she called me, she was prompt and extremely friendly over the phone. She was very knowledagble about my route and how everything in this industry operates. The driver that transported my car remained in communication with me and was very respectful towards me and my husband. I'm very content with the work First Rate provided and I highjly recommend them.

First Rate Services.

After getting the constant run around from another company, I got a recommendation for this company from a friend that has used them before. Chris responded to my emails quickly was very professional. He assisted me in removing my order/listing from the previous company and had an available driver assigned that same day. I had already spent a week waiting on the other company with little to no response from them on the delay. I've learned that going the cheapest route is not the best option when shipping a car. Will highly recommend to all my friends/family.
