Cheapest offer, far cheaper than other moving companies, but also very poor performance and broken / scratched furniture.
Despite agreed and payable no-parking zones, no zone had been set up until the day of the move, neither at the old nor at the new apartment.
The move was supposed to start at 8:00 am, but the people didn't arrive until 5 to 12 (yes, it was 5 to 12!) 4 hours have to be caught up.
Allegedly a driver had failed (which was then also noticeable when loading and stacking the furniture, just placed on the floor, things sometimes only placed on the loading area on other furniture, without securing) without a system.
No communication / traffic jam reports, only after countless calls on my part.
Some of my furniture broke, especially scratches in the soft wood. I have NEVER experienced anything like it, although I have moved many times.
If your furniture is dear to you, hands off! If you want to exchange them anyway, you have a reason to do so quickly afterwards.
NEVER AGAIN fair removals !!

At first I thought to myself whether that would work out well with the price?
My other offers were around 20-60% higher.
Mr. Kahrger, however, took away my doubts and confirmed that in order to utilize the capacities he can give me this low price. The appointment was in the first third of Nov 2015. The price was € 990 including kitchen assembly. I have to say that the kitchen is now better than before, as certain doors used to not close properly. That was probably just an adjustment problem. Ikea didn't set it up so nicely and at that time I paid 750.00 for the set-up alone. Now with the move only € 240 more. It couldn't have gone better. Super friendly people, wrapped everything up nicely. I have nothing bad to say.

Everything is just right here: The friendly owner, Ms. Knob, the competent and super-nice sales representative, the motivated, friendly and hard-working "movers".
Only the price / performance ratio is not right;) - because: At the price I expected MUCH worse service!

After we originally only wanted to have the furniture transported by 'Fair Umzüge', we decided at short notice to also allow cardboard boxes. A phone call, shortly before the moving date, and Ms. Knob made it possible immediately - we were thrilled.

The "movers" arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were friendly, helpful, the assembly and dismantling of our desks went smoothly and my beloved, very heavy cupboard was safely placed in the new apartment.

Moving is still no fun like this;), but it makes it easier to a degree that we only realized afterwards.

Thank you, fair removals! Should we ever go again .. then just with you!

The secretary on the phone was incompetent, expensive moving signs put up at the wrong time, door damaged, asked for more money because of the wrongly put up signs 250.00
Kitchen cabinet was missing completion line is not delivered, my complaint was rejected on the phone and presented as untrue. Screws were missing from many lamps, the charging station Un and and from the headphones.
Secretary extremely rude.
I cannot get any spare parts, threaten legal consequences

Hello,
that was my 3rd move in 15 years with this company.
As usual, everything went to my complete satisfaction.
The personal advice on site as well as the later telephone contact with the office was very professional and friendly. Kudos also to the carpenter Mr. Böcker.
My wife is enthusiastic about his innovative ideas for the kitchen. At Ikea they wanted to tie us off for over € 1000. Well less than half. 1 A
I hope it will be our last, but if not then I'll be back.

I can only give a very high level of praise, from the first phone call to the last part of what came out of the truck. Whether in the office or the moving helpers were super nice, everything was packed well and stowed away in the truck. Not possible, there was no such thing as the removal workers, there was always a solution ready. It was just as quick and easy to clear out and set up as to clear away. I can only recommend the company, the price was absolutely fair. Kudos to people from here too.

On the day of the move, the lift could not be used because the canopy had not been included in the calculations and the lift no longer reached the window. They wanted to simply cancel the move Someone fetched people and they started at 11 a.m. instead of 8 as agreed. A window was damaged without informing us and afterwards we also found that an HD card had been lost on a device that was in the apartment for the next tenant should remain. Bottom line, a lot of trouble and I would never look at the price again. The repair of the window was then taken over by the company.
