My experience with E-Movers during the quotation phase and subsequent relocation from Abu Dhabi to the UK was highly disappointing. Despite assurances given during the initial stages, the actual process was marred by numerous shortcomings.

I engaged their services for the transportation of 10 50x50 boxes of household goods,at a cost of AED3000, which were professionally packed and transported to storage. However, the problems began when I discovered that despite providing a full inventory, insurance was not included, and I was required to sign a waiver. Additionally, there were repeated requests for information already provided, such as additional paperwork and valuations.

Moreover, E-Movers had initially assured me that the customs declaration would be taken care of as part of the package, but later I was unexpectedly contacted by the import company in the UK, requesting inventory, valuation, and TOR Number from customs. This lack of coordination and adherence to established rules for expat relocation was highly frustrating.

Throughout this process, communication was disorganized. I interacted with at least four different agents, none of whom seemed to follow the correct procedures, causing further confusion.

Overall, my experience with E-Movers was marked by a lack of professionalism, poor adherence to promised services, and a dismissive attitude from their staff. I would not recommend their services nor consider using them again based on the chaotic and unsatisfactory handling of my relocation.

I moved from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and contacted e movers based on various recommendations I received.

This however was by far our worst experience ever. We have moved from India to london- london to Singapore and Singapore to Abu Dhabi prior to this. Hence moving is not new to us.

However the overall experience with e movers left such a sour taste. Unloading team in Dubai were very unprofessional. Packing team in Abu Dhabi damaged many things including my dining table; broke spice rack. Many small curious are now missing - guess these were carelessly thrown away with packaging waste.

Very disappointed with post move service as well. Never seen such a bunch unprofessional team. Wonder the high rating enjoyed by this company!!
