Some delivery delays, but great customer service

During delivery, there were some communication and customer service issues with the company, but after, the owner reached out to explain the situation. The owner indicated that the person responsible for customer service was no longer with the company, and he was personally contacting clients to hear about their experience. The accountability that the owner, Paul, took speaks highly of a company that is learning from prior situations and is willing to work with customers to ensure the quality of their services.

Direct Transporters With Trucks.

Diesel Auto Express took great care of my wife's Audi all-road. were all too busy with our own schedules and its just rewarding to find a good direct transporter who have just tell you straight up. Amber just charged a reservation fee of $200 and from there on out I received direct communication with drivers and dispatchers. would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

My move was quite simple. was talking to Danielle from start to finish and she gave me a quote lower then all the other brokers who were blaming the Covid surge. I found out that they had their own trucks so it was definitely

A bonus. Danielle was always one call away to any question I had. Would recommend to save headache and time and go with a company who knows what they talk about and also owns trucks. it worked out quite nice! will recommend.
