The scheduler provided thorough information pertaining to the service provided, was able to accommodate my desired moving date on short notice, and patiently answered all questions. The two movers were prompt, efficient, worked very hard , and ensured that the job was completed to my satisfaction. They were very polite and professional. Shortly after the job was completed, I received a follow-up call from Cosmos Transport LLC to determine if my needs were met and to finalize the bill, which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cosmos Transport LLC. No complaints.

Dimitri and his team were wonderful. They showed up early and were ready to get started early morning on a hot summer Friday in Manhattan. They moved our college aged daughter from a 2-floor apartment to a 6-floor apartment without any complaints. The could not have experienced a hotter day & we felt terrible that had to do so many stairs as the building did not have elevators. The team was super-efficient and worked hard. We would absolutely use their services again for another move. Highly recommend them.

Professional, on-time, fast, careful and also cheaper than other movers that we talked with. On the day of the move, 4 instead of 3 guys showed up and probably that helped in doing a planned 2.5 hr same city move within 1.5 hrs. No extra or reduction in cost, so I didnt care. They brought their own blankets to wrap the furniture, disassembled and reassembled the bed, and voluntarily took some extra stuff/boxes which I had planned to move myself. Will definitely use their service next time as well.

I had a great experience with the move. The guys were really nice. They were super efficient and yet very careful with all of my belongings. The whole move was done easily in less than the 4 hours. Everything went much more smoothly than expected. Also had one of the lowest quotes of any company I contacted. They were very transparent about what cost what and there were no unexpected charges or increases. I would recommend Cosmos Transport LLC to friends in the future.

We had booked the moving service well in advance. We received a quite lower than other service providers and went with Cosmos Transport LLC. On the day of the move we had to just follow-up couple of times to know the ETA. We were given a slot of 1pm to 4pm and the movers arrived at 3pm. They let us know their ETA before arriving and were on time. Navi and his team were quick and great at their work. They completed the entire move in 2 hours (It was just moving and no packing). Though we had few extra boxes, the company did not charge extra from the estimate. Thank you for great experience and highly recommend.
