I can not praise this company enough. From the 1st phone call with Mo, to the verifying of our move times with Dj, to Snoop and Bruce doing our actual move, we were treated with total professionalism and respect. I am so impressed with everyone at CBT. Snoop and Bruce were so kind and polite. They handled our belongings as if they were their own and did it in a very expeditious manner. Fast reliable and trustworthy! Everything you want from a moving company. I'm sure we will be using their services again, and am going to tell everyone of our experience. Job well done guys!!!! Snoop and Bruce sure deserve a bonus, great employees!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $11700

Very unprofessional, would not ever use this company again. I spent a lot of time cleaning up after them (empty tape rolls, cigarette butts, pieces of broken furniture). Numerous items broken at final destination (nothing was secured in the truck), all hardware missing from items they disassembled (had to go buy new), did not have the proper supplies (asked us to go to the store and buy them), and half of the furniture was not protected when loaded on the truck. I was told to file a claim but the company will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Cost of the move more than doubled and they would not touch a thing until they were paid in full. Failed to load all furniture, almost a week late for delivery, did not assemble a single item upon arrival, they were in a huge hurry to unload and leave.
