Long-distance move from Idaho to Florida

Transport of Car.

Hired Broker Car Shipping Pros to ship car from Idaho. They hired United Transport Van Lilnes Inc, (Giorgi Ashivili). Car brought to Florida. Was told I would receive 24 hr notice before delivery. Received 2 hrs and I could not make it home in time. Car taken to storage. United Transport has been very verbally abusive and will not let me even see the car until I pay them for delivery and storage fees. They will not tell me storage company car is at to even see it. Car Shipping Pros said they only have to give 2-3 hrs notice before delivery. I have email from company stating otherwise. They say its out of there hands. I must pay the storage company fees and the delivery costs before I can see the car. They say contact storage company but will not provide storage company name.

Both companies want me to pay additional fees, charges and for delivery without allowing me to see the car first. Neither company will provide storage company info where car is until I pay them first.

Issues, 1. Notice was too short and I could not make it home in time. I have email from company stating driver could not give me 2 days notice because he was so busy, we only agreed on 24 hr notice.
2. Now both companies want me to pay storage charges and delivery without being able to even see the car first. This is unethical. I have told them I am happy to pay for the delivery but want to see the car first. I even asked for the storage costs because if it was not much I would even pay that too, but I wanted to see the car first.

To require somebody to pay fees, charges, and delivery cost without being able to see the vehicle first is not ethical or legal. How do I know the car is not destroyed that's why they want payment first. And why not even tell me where the car is being stored? Shipping Pros is the broker but they would not return calls, texts, or emails until I started posting online. Then they said they knew nothing about it which is not true. I have emails from them the day before about the failed delivery. However they are sticking to it is out of there hands. Pay the delivery, pay the storage fees and the company will they tell you where the car is.

Stay away from Car Shipping Pros as well as United Transport Van Lines Inc. Look up the Name Giorgi Ashvili and you will see another damaged car and how it was handled.

Best Nationwide Auto Shipping!

After years away from home I decided it was time to give up the glamorous life of New York City and return to my roots in Savannah, Georgia. My only problem was I had a 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom I needed transported (no way I was driving my ‘baby’ down the eastern coast!) A friend had recently used Car Shipping Pros and recommended them for this delicate shipment. After speaking to Jenny I felt reassured my vintage car would be in the best hands. The staff arrived on time and delivered on schedule to my home. I couldn’t be happier with their service! Highly recommend for the best nationwide auto shipping!

Excellent service.

I went on a month-long business trip in Seattle and I had to have my Legacy shipped because I did not want the hassle of having to call for a cab each time I needed to go around the city. It was somewhat a last-minute transaction, but I am very thankful that Jennifer of car shipping pros accommodated me. The on-time delivery was a pleasant surprise; thank you for being very efficient!

Worth every dollar paid!

I spoke with Kathleen Parker of Car shipping pros for the transfer of my Acura to my cousin in Seattle. She quoted me a price I thought was very reasonable considering all things, and even made sure I was given updates the entire time of the transaction. The car got there in great condition, on time, and the driver was very professional. It's worth the price, I am happy I chose to do business with them.

Thank you Car Shipping Pros esp to Brittany for taking care of the delivery of my mom's car to Florida. Brittany made sure that I was kept informed of the status of the delivery. Great job!

I called 1 shipping company but they failed to deliver my truck. But when I asked for Car Shipping Pros' help, they accepted the job and did pretty well. The shipment went smooth and I was informed right away of any concerns and they also responded to my questions on a timely manner. Really hassle-free and one of the most dependable auto shipper today!

Impressive.

Everything went as agreed upon. Car shipping pros' agent is very courteous and the driver is helpful and timely. What I liked about their service is that they kept their promise and they made sure that my car will be delivered in the same condition it was picked up. Stunningly fast!
