We used this company in September 2015. I had the company come to the house and give us an estimate for the move. I went with this company because I had an even worse experience with a previous moving company, and didn't want any surprises. Based on the estimate they where to move a 6000 sqft house that was already packed. When they arrived I had already had another company move all the packed boxes a day earlier, so all Buehler had to move was all the furniture. They showed up with 5 movers and 2 trucks, which were included in the estimate. After the moved I sighed the final bill which did not include any extra charges. I received a bill a couple of weeks laters wanting more money. I contacted the company3 times, I never could talk to anyone but left message and never received a call. I still have not received a call back to resolve the matter, but threatening letters to turn the bill over to collections. I have now contacted the BBB and attorney to handle the matter.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.,,.

The City undertook a 3.5 million dollar remodel in which the phase moves of the City staff and equipment was primary to the overall success of the project.

Buehler Companies hired me to repair furniture they damaged during a move; after several months of no response they still refuse to pay the invoice or honor their customer's claim.  The only way I received a response was by threatening a civil suit, to which they finally responded:

I wouldn't say it's  not going to get paid. 
 
This summer our company purchased a Graebel Agency when it went out of business along with their office and large warehouse.  We sold the old building and remodeled and relocated into this building earlier this year.  Buehler Companies is doing well, but cash poor at this time.  I'm not in the accounting department and have no idea what their plan is, but payment will be presented to you.  For me, all I can do is apologize for getting you caught up in our self created problem.

Our delivery service from Steph and Alex was excellent. We had to have them bring in the sofa using an outdoor staircase, which they did without a problem. They were friendly and efficient. Our sofa looks wonderful in our new office space. Thanks Steph and Alex!Steph and Alex were the 2nd delivery team from Buehler. The first team was incredibly disappointing. They weren't able to fit our sofa in the elevator, and then refused to attempt to try to take the sofa up either of the other stair routes. They simply decided that they weren't going to attempt our delivery.So glad we didn't return our item based on the first delivery team's feedback. We are so happy with our new couch. Thanks Steph and Alex and thanks to Home Direct for sending us a new delivery team!

I live in Chappell,NB. The other day I witnessed somrthing that I haven't seen in a long time. There was one of your moving trucks in our town. The crew was a young lady and a gentleman working taking a large machine into our radio shack. Well about the time they where taking this thing in the building a woman (the age of 70) fell on some ice. Without hesitation they stopped what they where doing and ran to her. they got her on her feet and sat her on the bench. Picked up all her belongings and sat them beside her.  The man took off his sweater and helped wipe her off.  This was a weekend and Im sure they wanted to get home. They took the time to help out an old woman with the up most respect. Good deeds like this should not go un noticed. If these two are a inkling of what your estblishment is all about, you got one hell of a place. I was unable to get there names but the truck number said 345 if that helps. Please if you can pass this on to them and let them know they are forever welcome in our town. .

The delivery workers were amazing, the only problem I had was the lack of communication from the main office to me. The delivery people called to tell us they were 30minutes out, when we hadn't recieved a call to set up the schedule time to begin with.  I was unable to recieve the item the first time, but the workers were very willing to setup a new delivery time and took care of business! I think there needs to be more confirmation & communication inside of the office, but the delivery workers were amazing. Thanks.

I had an excellent moving experience working with James Stevens of Buehler Moving and Storage relocating from Boulder, Colorado to Kaneohe, Hawaii. James quote for the move was the most competitive of multiple quotes I received.  I needed a quick move in less then three weeks when I contacted the company and they immediately said yes they could accommodate me and James was out the next day to start the process for the quote.  James was very responsive and a good communicator throughout the process.  He was very accommodating working with my new employer to comply with their payment processes. On moving day the team in Boulder were very professional pleasant to interact with and very respectful.  They arrived on time and were very efficient.  Their packing skills were exceptional as every single piece of furniture, glassware, and household goods arrived in pristine condition- I was so thrilled!  Buehler held my things in storage while I waited to finish buying a home.  When my purchase was completed the time from leaving Boulder and arriving in Hawaii was three weeks.  The team on the Island from Royal Hawaiian Movers were also a great team timely and fast on their delivery with no damage and respectful of the house and property. Again I want to emphasize the exceptional packing and handling of all of my property.  For such a long haul and multiple points of loading and unloading and time crossing the ocean to have everything arrive without any issues was just fantastic.
