Long-distance move from New South Wales to Western Australia

Professional and good removal company

Good job service and professional two boys to help us assemble and disassemble bed , big office table .Also they help us to move a piano , that is nice we don’t need to find other guys to do this job .

Please give us our money

Previously had a good experience with Bills however the most recent move, they dropped our washing machine and broke it. They didn’t tell us and only just realised when our machine wasn’t working.

They admitted they were in the wrong. But we are still waiting on the refund to be provided to us. It has been 2.5 months now and they won’t respond to calls and text.

Posting on behalf of my husband. Booking was under Phillip Baruffi so please don’t respond saying that I’m not in your customer list.

Please give us our money.

Hidden charges.

The moving guys were good. Arrived on time and while not super fast, worked at a steady pace. Did a good job, no damage or scratches or anything. Took 6 hours for a 2 bed unit move to the next suburb which I thought was ok. The loss of stars is for the fact that despite the website claiming 'No hidden costs' and double checking when I phoned that there was no extra call out fee or levies, I was charged for an extra hour for call out. When I tried to call the company (on 2 different numbers), funnily enough, no answer!

Used 3rd party after delay

Bills advised morning job would run late as happens. My booking was for 1 and needed to beat peak hour traffic for a 1 block move up same Main Street.

Called bills and they were behind so they offered to get a 3rd party they recommended.

They turned up at 230, moved me out by just after 3 from ground floor and moving to first floor.

They did it all under 2 hrs and I paid unwrapped and they’d broken coffee table and tv entertainment unit.

Argued for days with a lady called Jess- I snapped and sent photos to bill who mediated me a settlement

Well done- just don’t outsource

Bills is Best

Today Bills Removalists absolutely saved the day after our original Removalists failed to show! I was frantically calling other Removalists but kept getting told not a chance it was too late notice, that was until I phoned Bill’s. Talk about helpful, he understood the stressful situation we were in and quickly actioned a plan to assist. He had a truck and crew at our home within 40 minutes! How good is that. And these guys worked exceptionally fast and very hard. They understood we were well behind schedule and they pushed through. He even activated a second truck for us so we could pull the job off on time. Highly recommend Bill’s Removalists. We will definitely be using them for any future moves!

Moving from Eastlakes to Homebush West - 21 Oct 2021

When the truck arrived, our low garage ceiling prevented parking. Bill changed the truck within the hour.

The 2 workers assigned were excellent and carried out their job professionally, well above my expections. I was very impressed.

I highly recommended this Company and their service to anyone!!!

Awesome!

After trying several other companies Bill's was the most reasonable and easy to contact. The men who came out worked really hard and fast even though we have 4 flights of stairs. Could not recommend them enough.
