Great service

The guys are very nice. This is a very good moving company that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. The staff is very professional. They arrived early and were very organized. Great service, nice and helpful! They take care of us and our things! Make this stressful time easier!

Long-distance move from Wisconsin to Florida

Bad customer service guarantee not met

Received a call from customer service confirming my move from Milwaukee to Tamarac FL but for the wrong day. I said the call two days earlier guaranteed my household goods be picked up on Saturday. They told me on the call Friday that it was Sunday. When I objected, they said the truck was not available until Sunday. The said they have a two day window. They also said there is no guarantee for pickup. I said I would need a full refund if they do not pick up on Sunday. They said there is no refund because I signed a contract. A contract that they have all the latitude and screws their customer. Was impressed until now.

Good experience

I had a simple and uncomplicated experience working with Beacon Moving and Logistics. Even though I had to reschedule the move more many once, they were understanding and helpful. They texted me half an hour before the move, packed everything with speed and efficiency, and finished the job in less than two hours. I'm grateful to the Beacon Moving and Logistics team for surpassing my expectations with the migration.

They were careful!

They wrapped my furniture and sofa in blankets and secured everything firmly to avoid damage. They were careful with my items and had great communication all the way through. Highly recommended! Thank you!
