At the date that B&P had postponed by a week, a sprinter arrived that only fitted 16 cbm. So it had to be unloaded in the warehouse and the workers came back 3.5 hours later. The invitation should actually take place on one day (commitment). After the Sprinter had been loaded for the third time the next day and the workers loaded it unpacked after being told about furniture that had been left behind, the house was finally empty. It later became apparent that repeated reloading tends to damage the furniture. A week later (Tuesday) a 50 cbm truck with all the furniture arrived in Kirchdorf. In the morning Herr Scheller (boss) called and casually mentioned that we should photograph all the damaged furniture and boxes. French customs searched our truck for drugs. The driver later told us that this was the 10th B&P truck to be searched for drugs. A drug dog had struck our truck three times. The entire removal goods were then unloaded and searched. The customs officers stepped on furniture and boxes with their boots regardless of the contents and caused considerable damage, especially to antique furniture, glass and designer lamps. The subsequently invited, unpacked cabinets are scratched. Power supplies for electrically adjustable sofas, which have been dismantled, are missing. Photos of the damage are available. No drugs were found, ie the traces were on/in the truck. Mr Scheller provided us with a French address for claims for damages from French customs. We save ourselves the costs of a hopeless trial against the French state. Mr. Scheller declines any responsibility and regulation for the damages partly caused by B&P. Reason: private problems. He doesn't answer emails or call back. The promised installation of cabinets has not taken place to this day. Furniture was placed in front of the garage and left standing. We are very disappointed for this performance at a price of almost € 7,800, especially by the behavior of the boss.

The company B & P - Sped carried out our move from Penzberg (south of Munich) to Barcelona very professionally and to our full satisfaction. The packaging of the individual parts (lamps, wheels, etc.) was good, and loading and unloading took place quickly. Although we were only able to set our desired date exactly within a calendar week a few weeks before the move, the company was gratifyingly flexible. We were a bit negligent in drawing up the relocation list (number of individual parts and boxes) and ultimately had significantly more cargo than was intended in the original offer. But that was our own mistake. In the offer, the company can only charge what the client specifies as the load.
In summary, we can highly recommend "B & P - Sped" for moves to other European countries.

For our move, we decided on an expensive "specialist" for moving on the Iberian Peninsula, who did not convince us and is not worth the money.
- Previous estimate of the extent of the removal goods was not made on site
- The loading team was great, but not everything fit on the truck
- The agreed unloading date was not adhered to and we were not informed about this in advance
- The car was not delivered to the front door according to the contract, but had to be picked up by us at a rest area near Hamburg.
- After unloading, there was no more time on the part of the freight forwarder for a joint inspection of the condition or damage to the removal goods
- Damages must be reported within one day after unloading; how is that supposed to be possible?
- Various removal goods were stuck with adhesive tape, which partially damaged furniture surfaces and has not yet been completely removed.
The advertising slogan of the company B & P "we witch, you relax!", Your specialist for the Iberian Peninsula, remained just a slogan.
The move to Portugal was more reliable with another forwarding company for half the money!

Service cost: €8000

At first we had the best impression of B&P, especially the inexpensive offer. Everything was fine until the day of the move, but then unfortunately we should allegedly have 37 m3 of moving goods, although B&P estimated 25 m3. Since we were told before loading there would be a maximum of 34 m3 of space in the truck, the loading volume was then reduced to 32m3 after complaint. So, and now the surprise upon arrival, our property was reloaded en route and actually only had a volume of 24 m3! We would have paid around € 1300 too much.

Folks, if you work with this company, check the truck depth BEFORE THE LOADING begins. Obviously, some employees pack better than others, or provide incorrect information, so it is essential to check the packing depth in the truck again BEFORE UNLOADING, and thus calculate the actual volume.

Unfortunately, the driver tried several times to take more money from us before and during the unloading. He wanted another € 700 for the relocation helpers, because we originally ordered an additional shuttle service, which we had long since canceled. The helpers are ordered to wear anyway.

Finally, the driver wanted to settle an extra cubic meter in cash, he wanted 160 €. When I asked him to inform his office about the supposed extra cubic meter, he simply dropped the demand and the rest was unloaded.

We informed B&P of this incident and asked for a statement, but were ignored.

Just pay attention and make sure the volume is right. I also found it an advantage to have only transferred part of the money and to pay the rest on arrival.
