Autoline Transport

This is a real review. A lot of those "GOOD" reviews are fake. If you are thinking about using this company to transport your car, DON'T!! BIG mistake!! My husband and I put down $400 deposit to ship our 2 cars from upstate NY to WA 1 month before our shipping date (12/22/2018). Our cars were still in my in-laws driveway until 1/14/2019. This company will NEVER call you back themselves to let you know that they CAN'T make the delivery. They just took our money without giving us a real answer about when the cars will be picked up. Every time we called we get this HEIDI girl and never Christina. I don't even know if this is a real company. It sure is fishy. In the end my husband and I went to another company after 1 month of calling them without getting anywhere. Ohhhhhh and the best part is they will SCREEN your call as well if they don't want to take your phone call. We have to call them from different phones every time. TODAY is 1/27/2019 and we still haven't got our deposit back!! They are dishonest and irresponsible people/business. Don't trust them with your cars. This experience is a nightmare!! Christina /Heidi if you are reading this review PLEASE refund our $400 that you took last year! Here if the order # 273707-VL!

As many other customers I was nervous about shipping my car from California to New York.  I was reading transport reviews and other sites, and agree the transport industry is definitely interesting to say the least.  I had contacted a few companies, posted on a few other sites and shipping forums (nightmare spam of calls and emails!), and read reviews from some many companies and people having issues. I am glad I saw the great ratings and had great customer service with the poeple from Autoline Transport!! Heidi was great to work with. The quote I received was awesome, so I was happy with it.  The great service was something to remember in my case. The car arrived in 8 days instead of 9 and in great shape, which is what I expected. I highly recommend the company, to anyone looking for a reliable car transport company.  I will very likely use them again, thanks!

I felt Heidi did not take my concerns seriously when I told her our date for pick up and we still had no transport service lined up two days before. She "finally' found a service: OMV Transport Inc, but it would cost extra.Go figure! Our car was to be delivered on 11/11/13. It is 11/20/13 and we still do not have our car. Do not use OMV Transport either! Heidi said they would give me a refund of $100,, and that I can pay the driver $100 less. How am I supposed to do that when I have to use a cashier's check that is already made out to the driving service for the original amount? And guess what? She clocked out before we could resolve this issue. I asked her to call me and she sent me an email! and then left for the day without resolving how I am going to get a refund. Totally unprofessional. am filing complaint with the BBB.

I love my car more than life so I made sure to do my research before picking a company to trust with it. Autoline transport was recommended to me by a good friend and the reviews I read were fantastic so I gave them a shot and was not disappointed! 
 
First of all, the price was absolutely fantastic! Pickup and delivery was on time and hassle free. Support was also very friendly and knowledgeable, so I got all my questions answered very quickly.
 
Definitely happy with the experience and plan to use Autoline Transport in the future.

When I first decided to go with Autoline as my choice to deliver my car, as most vehicle owners are, I was pretty nervous. My car is my baby and to trust someone else with it is a big thing. 
I read plenty of reviews and did plenty of research and Autoline did not disappoint! Pick up was hassle free, and delivery was right on time. My car was secured tightly and the customer service was a great touch to ease the nerves.
I would highly recommend Autoline to anyone looking to get their vehicle to the next place safe and cheap. I couldn't believe the value I got for the price!

Being Irish I am accoustomed to "Murphy's Law" kicking in to almost any situation. I needed my car shipped from Tampa to Atlanta and it was kind of a "rush" situation. A business associate recommended these folks to me and I gave them a call. They were very courteous and offered a quote I thought was fair for a last minute delivery. They showed up right on time and had a very professional manner about them. They could tell I was little nervous about trusting my Mustang to them and they were very calm and matter of fact about dealing with me. I felt like they new what they were doing and that I could trust them with my baby. I got to my new apratment a few hours after they did and my car was parked in the lot exactly where I had instructed. No bumps, no dents and in absolutely perfect condition. I give these guys 5 Stars and will definitley recommend them!
