Apollo Auto Transport

My son was relocating to Austin from New Jersey and wanted to have his car shipped. We used the enclosed carrier and from the minute the truck pulled up, we knew we had nothing to worry about. The truck was clean and the driver very professional. The car was delivered 4 days later and was in perfect condition. The driver even parked the car and left the keys at the hotel front desk since my son wasn't there yet. I would recommend Apollo to anyone needing their service.

Warning, I would never even think of using this company. I contacted Apollo in March 2015. They provided a price for pickup 5/3, 5/4. they are Bait And Switchers. I called them the week of 4/26/15 to confirm my pickup. They advised that I would hear from them no later than Saturday 5/2/15. Not getting a call, I called Saturday afternoon, and was told that that I was scheduled for Monday pickup and that I would get a call between 11:00 and 12:00 to set pickup time. At 12 noon not having heard from them I called and was told he could not get a transport. I said your going to leave me high and dry? I have a flight tomorrow afternoon. He said he would see what he could do and get back to me. I started working on another carrier. Approx 2 hours latter he called and said the quoted number was not good because it was in season now.(snowbirds) Wow they wanted a lot more $. They knew the pick up dates when they provided the original quote. I was lucky to find another carrier. .

My son moved away for college to Massachusetts, Boston. For his 21st birthday we bought him a car but what was the point if it stayed in the garage. I pitched the idea to my husband to transport the car to Boston, but he wasn’t very interested because of the cost and the whole process. I called and asked a couple of companies for quotes. The reason we went with Apollo was the price they offered us, we’ve never transported a vehicle before but compared to the rest of the offers we got this one was the best deal. I would say we got the jackpot with that deal for the service that was provided. Excellent experience….

I am a little sceptic when it comes to trying new things. I had to transport my car from Tampa FL to Champaign IL and I have never done this before. 
I looked up online but it is way better when someone explains it to you,therefore I contacted a couple of companies. 
The guy I spoke on the phone from Apollo was really patient with me and explained the whole process with details. I did end up transporting my car with this company and they kept me updated at all times. 
I had a pleasant experience using their service and I would recommend everyone that needs more information to not hesitate and contact them personally and get their questions answered. 
If I need to transport a vehicle in the future I will 100% use their services.

I am a little older and not so familiar with the internet therefore I asked my granddaughter to post my feedback.I know you guys remember me and probably will never forget me with all of my questions and asks.I am really thankful and appreciate your patience.The sweet lady I talk on the phone stayed with me all the way to the end ,so when I called them I didn't have to explain the whole scenario again but just ask the question I had.They gave me a reasonable price and great customer assistance,but when I said great I mean it!!Those guys are really sweet and their service is outstanding!

I transported my Geep Cherokee with Apollo two days ago. The reason I went with them is because the price they offered. I did my research and saw that they were fairly new in that business but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. For the price they quoted I would say I had an outrageous experience with the company. They kept me in the loop at all times. The vehicle was actually delivered a day earlier than expected,but they called and made sure I was okay with that first. It actually worked pretty good for the money I paid. So I would say I am one of the people that like to try new stuff and give people the benefit of the doubt. For me just because something is new doesn't mean do not try. Price on point, service on point, I  had a great experience.

I purchased a Toyota LandCruiser in Ohio and needed it transported to Utah.  After doing some research I posted my transport request on both UShip and CentralDispatch.  The wave of calls/texts and emails was unbelievable! Quotes for transportation ranged anywhere from $800 to $1500 and the people I spoke with at each company gave me the same runaround story.  After waiting over 2 weeks I came across Apollo Auto Transport.  Tory was very responsive and excellent to work with! There was no high pressure sales or request for my credit card info until a driver had been found and pick up date confirmed. Tory called me back in a timely manner and went out of her way to explain how and when the jobs are picked up by the drivers (to give me an idea of when I could expect a driver to take the job).   The quote I received from Apollo Auto Transport was $1059, the quote was honored and they found a driver within 48 hours!  The broker fee was only $19!!  I'm sure the broker fee would normally be around $150, but Apollo Auto Transport kept their fee low in order to stay within my budget.  I paid the driver $1040 upon delivery of my SUV.   Great customer service and follow through by Tory and the Apollo Auto Transport team!
