This was my very first time using this company and the last time I hope anyone ever uses their services again. They quoted me $697. I asked if that was the total price and was told, yes. Well two weeks later the driver finally has my car in route only to tell me I must pay him $750 to get my car. I paid $250 to “reserve” my driver/ delivery. Well $250 plus $750 does not add up to $697. It does come out to $1,000. They scammed me out of $303. They know that it is not worth the legal fight and so they keep on doing it to people. I hope they know that no one will be spared judgment and that justice will someday be served on those that cheat people. Those who plant lies, will reap a harvest of them.

I got an estimate and signed a contract to pick up my car in southwest VA and drop it off in Austin TX. I paid a deposit of $197. and was told that probably the car would be picked up 6 days later, maybe sooner. The driver would call me. After the six days I called four days in a row asking Mike when the car would be picked up. He was evasive and said he was still looking for a driver. On the tenth day since our contract was signed, he said he had a driver for my car, but I would have to go to Winston-Salem, NC. This would involve a three hour round trip drive in my car, which no longer has a license plate, and would require another person to go down with me so I would have a way to get home. This was not what I agreed on. Mike told me that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to come to my town to get the car. I did not get the $$197. deposit back, but the car is scheduled (with another company) to be picked up tomorrow, and I have had contact with the driver, so I trust them. Mike is a salesman, and what he did was get me on the hook with my deposit and then switch the terms of the contract. Don’t use these shippers unless you are desperate.

This company is a Bait & Switch type of operation! The owner scams you into believing he can deliver your goods or automobile for a set price and within a certain timeline on the phone and by text messages. He calls constantly to try to gain your business with all kinds of promises and assurances. However, after he takes your credit card payment for a "downpayment" - usually about $185.00 to ensure delivery of your goods - then you hardly hear from the guy anymore and you constantly have to chase him down to find out when your goods are going to delivered. He comes up with every excuse under the sun (can't find a driver, drivers are busy taking other shipments, drivers are still at the docks, etc). Finally, after several weeks of daily phone calls and emails an texts sent to the owner, he finally connects with a shipping company to transport your goods - but by then the price is usually $400 or $500 more than what was originally agreed to. This company does nothing more than engage in fraud and then extortion - by threatening to hold your goods hostage if you don't pay the full fee of having them delivered. He plays the game that it's the other company who is the real bad guy - not his company! AVOID THIS COMPANY.. not worth the time and certainly not worth the money!!

I am making an all out call to everyone and anyone that has been scammed by this company and its Owner, Anthony Razzo aka Mike Anthony.
I have just been "had" like all of the below reviews. Exactly the same M.O. Doesn't even bother changing a thing, this clown! BEWARE people, and do not hire them. Anothony Razzo takes your money and does all of the below. Just one honest driver called me and he was sent an offer of $550 for something that Mr. Razzo and I had agreed would be $402. Today, I was supposed to get my car picked up by another company..still waiting. This time, however, he messed with the wrong person!

I made the big mistake of using this company to move my car back home after my daughter had it at college. Like other reviewers, I was charged $195 as a "deposit". He quoted me $697 to ship the car. When the authorization and paperwork was emailed to me, I specifically asked why it only showed the $195 and nowhere on the contract did it show the full price to ship. He gave me some BS line about that being how he has to do it. HE NEVER SAID THAT WAS HIS FEE UNTIL I LATER SAW THAT I OWED $750 to the carrier. I emailed and asked why my "deposit" wasn't subtracted and only then did he say that it was a separate fee. (Specifically he said that "he didn't work for free") Clearly he uses that tactic to seem like the price is great, and he has himself covered through the contract .
He also misrepresented the service. He had said that the truck probably couldn't make it all the way to my daughter's apartment, but would be looking for a large lot nearby. He also said that the carrier would call 3 hours in advance. They called more like an hour in advance and wanted her to drive an hour to a pick up location. She refused and eventually they agreed on a closer location. On the receiving end the drivers called when they were about 25 minutes away asking for a place to meet. I had NO prior notice of the drop off day - they had just told my daughter they were hoping by the weekend. Luckily we were home AND I had gotten out cash the day before, but seriously? The truck was rickety.. On a positive note, the drivers were nice.

Had requested a quote online somewhere and decided to give this company a try. After reviewing the reviews online about this company I decided to cancel the request however Tom at ‭+1 (347) 382-9998‬ was not happy about that decision and started going off and asked why. Told him about the reviews I found online about them and said I was no longer interested, I didn’t have time to waste with this clown so I hung up. Immediately after Tom calls multiple times and leaves a very unprofessional voicemail. Glad I avoided that shit show.

Service cost: $700

Wish I had read these reviews prior to connecting with this business. My story is reflected in each and every review here. I am simply giving the additional star because I finally got the car in one piece. The car did not get picked up on the day agreed to. No phone call was made to the delivering party waiting to release the car on that date either. It was another full week before pickup. The $195 which I specifically asked would be applied to the full $1050 quoted, was not..despite being told so in verbal communication. That was not a big deal as most had quoted $1175-1400. The 'capper 'for me was when the transport driver unloaded the car and handed me a bill for an additional $50. On calling these guys I was told "Its only $50. Pay it and we'll send a gas card credit for that amount". I haven't heard from them since. Don't expect to either.
