I would give them a genuine 10 Stars if I could. Moving is a very foreign procedure to the standard person. It is an actual relocation of your life center- or your "home."

Of course, we read all the horror stories about moving companies- so I stayed on high alert. My agent, ****** was fantastic. She was available for contact and updates throughout the process and the day of pick was breeze with the crew. The crew was professional and in uniforms and went right to work when they arrived at my home. I bought the crew a Pizza for lunch and some drinks to show my appreciation for their hard work.

Overall, fantastic.

My assigned carrier was "Atlantic Group USA."

The driver called in advance and introduced himself and he arrived within the scheduled window he provided us with. Not being late was a very important request for our personal move schedule

You want to trust the company taking your valued goods across the country- I trusted this company. You can too!

From the very beginning of my bid- this company(AIRS,LLC) and the employees whom I spoke with were professional and were able to answer my questions. (And I had a lot of them!)

Brian and Brock made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood every detail of the entire moving process. I left our booking call/ verification conversation knowing what to expect prior to the day of service.

I was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. All my emails and phone calls were answered from the time of booking throughout delivery transit.

They packed well and I had minimal damage. (Only damaged item was a 12year old office chair, that was too old to make the trip anyway! I filed a claim, and was compensated for my damage)

All of the crew were professional, they packed everything in no time and secure! I had some really important pieces I thought I would take to the car with me, but foreman showed me how safe and great their packing is, so i decided to send everything with truck.

After they picked all up we got updates by mail and phone with delivery dates, customer support people was polite and patient answering all questions and helping with scheduling on delivery date

Delivery crew, was quick and efficient the unwrapped everything fast,nothing was missing or damaged.

American Interstate Relocation Specialist moved my family from Illinois to California at the beginning of 2023. The crew that was sent out was polite, professional, efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They took their time to pack my antique collectibles and our antique china hutch's glassware. (Which I was very cautious/ nervous about.)

They were able to provide me with direct updates on my load while it was on the truck headed west for delivery- every time I called, THEY ANSWERED.

The last moving company my husband and I used (6+ Yrs ago) it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone at their office.

10/10! We are a very pleased family/ customer and would absolutely HIGHLY recommend!

I used them for my move from Idaho to Kentucky. The entire process went as smooth as possible: Nick from customer service walked me thru the entire process, movers arrived on time, loaded the truck within 5 hours and 6 days later I’ve already met them in Kentucky!!! And guess what? Nothing was missing or damaged and, the most important part: price didn’t go up for a single dollar!!! I paid exactly what I was promised. Amazing company, I’ll def use u guys again and recommend to my friends

I moved from Tacoma, Washington back home to Indianapolis, Indiana in early of 2023.

Moving is stressful enough and hectic when you have drastic life changes happening all around you.

I enjoyed working with AIRS and found that they were as genuine as they advertised.

There was a slight hiccup in my pick up date and the customer support team fixed it and waived all the associated fees for the mistake.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly and helpful.
