Allstate Moving and Storage

I should of known from the beginning that I was in trouble. They would not give me a date when they could move me.  They said they would be there Thursday or Friday. They took for ever to pack in the truck. I had every thing so safe and taped up.. They taped everything that I has secure again. They tipped all the boxes upside down to tape. I had a tiny apartment and was moving to Az. I did not think they were ever going to get done, I thought wow they are going to really take care of my things. I told and showed them the boxes that were very fragile and had fragile written all ove them. They left on a Thursday and said they would be in AZ first thing Tuesday morning. Well it did show up on a Tuesday a week and half later at 5 at night. They kept lying when we called to ask where they were, well the truck was broke down and lie in the book. When they delivered the precious stuff it was ALL BROKE. I was just sick. I cried for hours cause it was dishes and things I have had for  years that my mother had given me and kids made for me. How can anyone break things like they did. Boxes were caved in. tables dented and broken legs. What a joke. Now I would like to know what they are going to do about all my damaged goods. Nothing can bring back memories that are now broken. Pay more for someone to move you instead of this place. It is the pits. Lies Lies Lies.

The Movers were prompt and Courteous. They were focused on getting it done quickly. They carefully packed my household furniture and wrapped it for protection and did a great job packing the truck. I'm amazed how they skillfully packed it. At one point I was worried my things wouldn't fit but they managed. Their office personnel were professional and courteous and their prices were much better than some of the higher quotes I received. I would recommend this moving company and will definitely use them again.

Service cost: $725

We picked this company because they based the move on weight. The sales person miscalucated the amount of weight we had in the house but our QA  person added weight and we seemed to be ok. We had a few weeks to adjunst our budget for the increased amount. The day of the pick-up the truck driver called and said he would be there at 8 am. At 10 am he called and said that it wouldn't be till 12 PM. At 12:30 when he showed up, he said he would need a shuttle, but because the job would take 10 hours he couldn't start till the next day and he said he would be back at 8 AM to pick up everything (The shuttle cost $750 more). He to the house at noon, handed another contact for $13,000 which is $5000 more than he second estimate. We finally talked to the manager of both the vanline as well as the trucking company and said we only wanted what was on the list. SO the truck driver counted everything as pieces. Our bed (paid extra for because it is large) counted as 4 pieces, we had three of those. Finally when it came to the boxes, he said we didn't have enough left in his count to take our cloth boxes. He wouldn't take any of our other items on the list and basically left. We have the house packed and he other half still in the house. We also learned that everything had to be boxed, such as, your washer, your broom and your sofa.   Although this is our first time using a moving company, I would suggest you find another company to move your items. They do not communicate with the trucking company or the trucker. The trucker ultimately makes the decision and if you object and show them what is contacted they stop moving your stuff. It has been a compete mess and I'm hoping to never deal with this company again, I suggest if you are thinking about using this company you find another company with better communication skills with their drivers.

Your relocation team is an asset. James, Ali, Alice and the entire relocation team did a good work relocating me from Connecticut to Kentucky. I must confess that I really admired their level of commitment. They turned out to be so inspirational with their services. The way they handled my souvenirs, the kitchen makeover and even the furniture showed me something, they had a passion for their work. They were doing it all out of love and not just money. I have no problem recommending you to any of my closest friends because I am certain they wouldn’t be disappointed.

I have never had such a relocation experience in my life. I have hired out four different relocation companies in the past but none of them was perfect like Allstate Moving and Storage. Their services were ideal. They showed professionalism right from the moment they started until the end. I couldn’t have wanted anything better. My worries were in my furniture but they equally managed that. They were very careful carrying all the glass tables and marble chairs without any of them being damaged. You are truly inspirational and working with you will always be my pleasure.

I have had many referrals in the past. However, none of them has ever turned out to be wonderful like that of Allstate Moving and Storage. When my colleague referred me to this relocation company, I was in doubt if they were the best team for me. I have every reason to doubt but I didn’t. I went and hired them to relocate me from Georgia to Florida. The people who were in charge of those relocations were not professional but also displayed humility all through the relocation. They were willing to comply when I advised them on how best to carry my wide screen television. They came with the aim of making me happy, keeping me satisfied, and I am proud to say they achieved it.

Thank you for making it a reality. I have always wanted to live in Central New York. When I got a job transfer from Florida, I couldn’t wait to settle down in New York. However, the thought of getting the ideal relocation company weighed me down. I consulted with my close friends and they suggested Allstate Moving and Storage among other companies. I chose this particular relocation company because of the awesome reviews I read online. When the day of the relocation arrived, I was anxious. I did not know what to expect but kept hoping that all would be well. From the onset to the last bit, the relocation was awesome. I really enjoyed myself watching them handle every piece of furniture. They were doing it so willingly and with lots of passion. At the end of the day, I was a happy client and I am still happy. I would like to say Thanks You for that great experience.

I did does not consider the discouragements. My friends advised me to be prepared for disappointment because most local relocation companies were not trustworthy. I insisted on Allstate Moving and Storage and hired them out. The outcome was something amazing and spectacular. The relocation team came in good time and did the work tirelessly. All through the relocations, they exhibited high levels of cooperation. When I asked them to start with the furniture, they followed it promptly without arguments. I was amazed Azul, the supervisors. He took full control of his team right from the preliminary sections of the relocation to the end. It was a marvellous relocation experience, one that I will always be proud of.

It was a good experience. The relocation services took a shorter time than I expected and I am glad about that. Most importantly, I am happy that their charges were quite cost effective. The high level of care that this team put across ensured that the relocation experience was one of its own. I managed to move from New Jersey to Texas without the slightest of hitches. I thank Allstate Moving and Storage team for that. I am yet to come into terms with the fact that they managed it, all flawlessly. I scanned through all my properties upon arrival believing that I will notice something damaged or lost. It was never so.
