They take absolutely no responsibility for your vehicle once its picked up.They dispatched it to Mats Logistics (Maks Logistics) they changed the name on the pick up sheet. DO NOT USE MATS EVER! They picked up the vehicle 25 days ago and its still not delivered. Alex the middle guy (since I was never given the name or number of the actual driver) refuses to tell me where the vehicle is. Lie after lie if you can get him on the pone. Several phone calls to Allegiant and they said their is nothing they can do, to report it stolen. Prior to signing contact they stated full communication with the drive. All these transport companies are just brokers, They will tell you whatever you want to hear.

Went into contract with allegiant with the FULL UNDERSTANDING that the car had to be picked up by 1/8/15 to avoid storage fees. Received notice that the truck was dispatched 1/7/15 and assumed all was well.Received notice on 1/9/15 that driver arrived LATE and would return 1/12/13.When driver arrived to me he would not drive car off trailer until I gave him $100.00 called allegiant they said pay him too bad that's the way it goes claimed he was loosing money and couldn't loose any more MY FAULT
This is all I could fit on the uship feedback .The bottom line is that  we communicated through the uship website and agreed that the car would be picked up on or before 1/18/15 or allegiant would NOT be awarded the job
The driver arrived late after copart auction yard closed on a Friday and returned the following Monday this incurred a $100.00 fee which the driver paid in order to get the car out of the yard
Upon delivery the driver would not unload the car until I gave him the$100.00 cash. I called allegiant and they refused to accept the blame and the [EDIT] I was speaking with just went on stating he was loosing money and couldn't afford to loose any more and that I would have to pay the driver in order to unload my car
THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD NEVER NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

I had a shipment on Uship advertising my 53" semi trailer to be moved from Virginia to Florida. It contained about 200k in shop tools and some CNC equipment along with household goods. After being contacted by Matt about it we agreed to ship the vehicle for 1800 dollars.
That's what I thought, and that's what the paperwork says. After a first day no-show, I called and asked where the driver was. Through some issue he was not coming that day. OK, fine, I've put some extra days in the scheduale for something like this to happen.
The driver shows up the next day, hooks up to the trailer and leaves. 2 hours later I receive a call from the driver saying he needs 800 more dollars to deliver the load or my trailer and it's contents will stay with him.
