All Around Moverz LLC

Unfortunately, my experience with Allaroundmoverz did not meet the standards I had hoped for, especially considering the cost of the service. Here are the main issues I encountered:

**Professionalism:** Our initial booking was scheduled for the incorrect day, and during the move, specific instructions regarding packing and handling of items were disregarded, resulting in damage.

**Packing Concerns:** Valuable items, including a custom cannon table, were not appropriately wrapped, and there was a significant underutilization of the packing materials provided by us, which compromised the safety of our belongings.

**Cleanliness and Respect for Property:** The moving team did not maintain cleanliness in the previous building, leaving trash scattered around communal areas, and used unauthorized property without consent.

**Behavior:** The interaction with the moving personnel and even the owner in the follow-up calls was far from constructive, with an apparent unwillingness to accept responsibility for the lapses in service.

**Resolution:** The company has not shown a proactive approach towards finding a satisfactory resolution, including addressing the financial concerns raised due inadequate service provided.

I hope others have a better experience, but I find it necessary to share mine to give a full picture of the potential challenges one might face while engaging with this service.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1020

We used All Around Moverz for our move in June 2013 when it was torrential downpouring!  The two men who showed up on time were phenomenal!  They were efficient, moved like machines, rarely took breaks and worked diligently to get our condo moved to our new single home!  The men were friendly and professional the entire time.  I would certainly recommend their services.  I was honestly anxious to use a moving company I had never heard of before, but I am sincerely grateful I did use them.  There were no hidden fees, We paid $65.hr no travel, gas or any other fees.  Nothing, not one item was broken!  Thanks for such a wonderful service!!

The company damaged my 32" LCD tv and here it is almost 2 months later I am still seeking a replacement from this company.  They claim that my tv has depreciated in value and will only pay 20% of the depreciated value, $104.86.  None of this information was listed on any document signed prior to and at the time of the move.  I have only requested an appropriate amount to purchase a similar tv, if not the same, which costs $300.  I must mention after the damage of my item and the verbal altercation by the staff members, my move was abruptly canceled, thus leaving me to find another moving company last minute (the move with this company was planned more than 1 month in advance).  FYI.. .they have updated their website to include depreciation rates after the damage to my item.  Coincidentally, the depreciation rate of a 32" tv has been  posted to explain the formula used to calculate the reimbursement rate.  I have attached before and after pictures of my TV.    .

I've used All Around Moverz to move an approximately 2000 sq ft house (3 br/2 ba) between Cecil County, Maryland, and New Castle County, Delaware, three different times in the past five years.  I have been happy with their services each time.  They are timely, efficient, and helpful, all without being terribly expensive.  Each time, they have dismantled and re-assembled two king size bedroom sets.  Of course, moving this much, we have become experts.  I can't guarantee everyone will be able to move as quickly as we did this time (and therefore get the same great price!).  In any event, I would highly recommend them to anyone in this area.

We had a fantastic move and we have already referred them to our old neghbors.  They have excellent customer service.  The representative Grace was very helpful and I had access to her through out the entire process.  I couldn't beleive how fast and careful the movers were with my belongings but they are professional movers. To them,  they were just doing their jobs but to us it was exceptional customer service. The price was perfect for my budget and they showed up early and completed the job early as well.   .

The movers were on time and stayed busy. I had the pleasure of having DiAndre and Robert move us.   I am definitley going to refer All Around Movez to my old neighbors from Delaware.  We are pleased with the service we received. They showed up on time and kept us informed of their Estimated Time of Arrival from time to time.  In my opinion they deserve 10 stars. The price was perfect for our budget.  I am glad I listened to my friend and chose ALL AROUND MOVERZ. Our movers were clean and efficient.  I thought they took a break but they said they took a break while driving to our new house.  These guys are Awesome.    .

After some searching on Google for a good moving company, I came across All Around Moverz and chose them to help with my move. I must say that these guys are by far the BEST crew of movers that I have chosen and I am so glad I did. Their price for getting me from New York to Delaware was the cheapest I have gotten offered, and they were very fair with me, compared to a few others that wanted 2-3 times more. I didn't have a clue on how to safely pack some of my items, but they helped with by providing tips and showing me how my items should be packed. Some furniture that I couldn't break down? These guys did it and packed in no time. The entire trip was amazing since these guys were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose them again and recommend them to friends.
