Long-distance move from Florida to Ohio

Affinity Van lines, bad movers.

I was given a quote of $6500 for my move from FL to OH.
Once they confirmed my order by charging me $1100, they would not let me talk to anyone but the dispatcher. The dispatcher was very rude every single time. They were just brokers. Never pay anyone who take money first.
Then they sent Solomon & Sons Relocation Services. The Russian person in charge was extremely rude and said your previous move was by weight and this move will be by volume. All this is last minute. He made the volume so high and charged me $8000 total. NEVER EVER USE AFFINITY VAN LINES or SOLOMON & SONS.
Since I contracted with affinity I have called them several times. But now no one picks my phone or replies to my email.
If there was zero star I would pick that. So 1 star.

Affinity Van Lines Rip Off!

Affinity Van Lines delivers my belongings one month late, after having paid a deposit of $400 and half the amount of the full quote, I was charged $1245,00 upon delivery. And they made up reasons to charge me extra. Once I disputed the charge with the driver and the supervisor, they simply told me that if I didn't agree to pay cash immediately, they would auction my belongings because the supervisor said "he didn't care what happened to it". My furniture was broken, the boxes we're torn, fragile boxes ripped opened and my things broken inside. They also showed up to deliver my things at 8:00pm when they told me they would deliver between 12-4:00 pm. NEVER EVER CONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY!! When I called costumer service, they simply told me to stop wasting their time..
