No Complaints

The men who came to move my belongings, led by the Foreman Melvin, were likewise very professional, friendly, and efficient. They took care not to damage any of my things and put them exactly where I asked in the new apartment. Thanks for making this move easy for me. I will gladly recommend using them!

Move to new hone.

Ace Movers moved me back in October. They did not show up on the day of the move after I had given them my deposit a month in advance. They caused me more money because I was on a day to day rent, Daryl Lumpkin the owner showed up with Movers the next morning charged me more money, refused to take all my things, my husband and I transported stuff in our vehicle, and on the way to new home they were pulled over by the police which took two hours longer to get my things to my house. The police said they would have towed the truck had I not been there with the movers with my furniture in it. One of the drivers was being used as a aliases to be armed and dangerous. Several cop cars showed up to get it straighten out, but all I was trying to do was move. Daryl Lumpkin charged me 150 more to my 325 originally quoted price and I went through all of that just to get moved. He called me apologizing and telling me and my husband he would send us a gift card but of course that was to keep me from making a review. I would not encourage anyone to use the company because they are not professional and he actually got in my husband face about the extra money. I usually don’t make reviews but this was unexceptional. AVIOD at all cause!

Well Done

My friend referred Ace Movers to me as she was so impressed by their carefulness in wrapping and unwrapping her stuff like treating their own. She told me I had a great experience hiring Ace Movers. When I called for the service, F was very responsive to my request regarding the shipping schedule. They were very efficient and hard working. They did it all without any mistake. I also highly recommend it to them.

I didn't lift a thing!

I wouldn't take the time to write a review unless I truly believed the service was excellent. Dwight and Moreno did an excellent job. As a first-time mover, I had no clue what I was doing. They made the process very simple and efficient. I didn't lift a thing; they did all the work for me. What a wonderful experience working with Ace Movers of Atlanta and their highly trained professionals. Recommended!

Recommend Ace Movers

They quoted me reasonably and promised to send capable movers. The movers arrived on time and were carrying the right tools. They were very efficient. They packed all my belongings with great care and precision. They loaded my furniture into the van with caution. I recommend Ace Movers because they deliver everywhere in the country. And they also kept the moving cost within the quoted amount, which was great.

Great Experience

It turned out to be an amazing day, all thanks to m and his crew. They were friendly, had all the best equipment and expertise, not to mention the most competitive rates. Amazing Mover!

Second time using Ace Movers, and once again, I could not be more pleased. The company is very easy to work with, Derick helped schedule my move, Derick and crew worked fast, were very careful with our stuff, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests, even if it involved moving furniture around a few times and trying every way to get them where we requested. Recommended!

Use them again

Super-efficient and helpful - I did not drive and needed to move house, so it was great to have a company that could take care of this with a very straightforward and simple process. Everything is organized online, and the team is helpful if you have questions or need to make any adjustments to your booking. Best Job

The team came on time, wrapped and boxed all my belongings with proper care, and loaded on the truck without a hitch. It was great to see all my belongings arrived in one piece and without any damage. They are punctual, energetic, hardworking, and efficient.
