Not to be trusted

Terrible management and coercing reviews - notice how all reviews have the name of the removalists? Yeah, that’s because they won’t leave your property until you write the review in front of them.

Was quoted $600 for an apartment removal, ended up being nearly $1400.

Hidden fees because some items were “heavy” and they sent an extra guy because of a hot weather policy.

Granted, it was a hot day, however we didn’t find out about the policy until after that charged us. They forced me to pay over the phone without and itemised invoice - then didn’t send the invoice for over a month!

Would stay clear at all costs

Moving house in Perth.

Wonderful removal service. Needed removalist and storage arranged at the last minute on the same day. I searched on Google and found 2 Easy had the most positive reviews. Mike could not have been more helpful and obliging. Collected and stored items within an hour of me calling from the other side of the country. Would highly recommend 2 Easy Removals to anyone needing such services in Perth. Thank you!

Fuss Free Service

Michael from 2Easy Removals was great to deal with, communication great, turned up on time, charged fixed hourly rate. The guys, Troy, Lucas and Mike were very quick, no mucking around and were lovely to deal with. No complaints about the stairs either. Would use them again.

Fantastic Work!

We had a small job that required a half dozen pieces of furniture moved up one flight of stairs. The stairs were narrow and awkward (it was a heritage listed building), and another removalist had refused to take the furniture up the stairs. Mike replied to my email almost immediately and Emmanuel and Jack from 2Easy were excellent. They had the heavy awkward furniture up the narrow awkward stairs in no time. The cost was $130 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per booking.

Very poor and expensive

I am very disappointed in the service. Didnt show up until 2pm when expected around 10am. Came with a small 3 ton truck, we told them it was most of a large 4x2 house to be moved. Took 2 hours to 3/4 fill with a few items. Another hour to travel and unload for $765. We managed to find a different company that would come on the Sunday for $120 an hour with an 8 ton truck. We had to be finished so the painter could come in Monday morning. Recommend find someone else.
