Motorcycle Transport

I contracted with this company to get my 2021 Harley Ultra Limited from Colorado to Michigan. I signed the agreement 06/23/2023 and was told 1-3 days for pickup. They had one driver scheduled and he backed out for some unknown reason. Driver number 2 showed up to get the bike and he was Russian and spoke NO English and he dropped my bike while trying to get it on his trailer, after he got it back upright, he cancelled the pickup. So now we are at 07/13/2023 (3 weeks later) and still don't have a driver to get my bike to Michigan. This whole time I have been in Michigan trying to get this shipment handled. Communications with the company are shotty at best. One rep says one thing and someone else says something totally different.

Stay far away from this compsny.

Tay far away from this compqny. The scheduled pickup was 6/13/2019. The pickup never happened. They started a bidding war to Jack up the shipping cost. By the time they offered to pick the vehicle up 7/1/2019. I had already had the vehicle in my possession. This company is not about the veteran as they claim to be and the customer service is at best horrible.
